Well today my new hlg 650 was on a individual 120v timer and I must of hit it and made it on “always on mode” and I noticed today on my pulse environment the light is on? well do you guys think the plants will be okay at 5th week and that extra 5 hours (1 day)

Im with nuggz & Frim on this. Ive had a half a dozen light issues over the years, never once resulted in a failed run, had a 3.5hr version of your exact problem, no harm. Its the constant leaks that are the killers imo. Ive occasionally turned my lights on for 20 minutes to spray and turned them back off, I get its a frowned upon practice, but so far none of my runs have had any issue I can confidently correlate to that action.

I guess it’s a test now on me cause I’ve had multiple day no power issues (used flashlights to supplement it between )

only good thing I see is I’m at 5th week and even if it did hermie if I harvested on 8-9th week the seeds wouldn’t even be fully mature . Gonnea have to hermie scan and pray

In regards to your light, I think you will be fine. It already happened, so I wouldn't stress about it too much. Just do as you said and keep a watchful eye for stressed plants and keep moving forward. Positive vibes...

so The only light was on was the new hlg 650r. god this is busting my balls and I will be ultra impressed if This works out

stuff happens and cannabis for the most part is tough as fuck. I’ve seen many times where I live they will survive and have no problem to heavy rain or snow for days np . Cannabis is the best plant in the world

I just did it 2 days ago plugging my 2 x 4 tent onto a killawat meter to see how much juice it was drawing...noticed 6 hours after lights out.

They can handle 1 day...

One time i did it for 2 weeks...that did not go so well (timber 2VL light timer got fat thumbed in the bloom room).

A seedy situation..for sure.

I had the same a few weeks ago - I installed a new timer and jacked it up for a few days in week 4 of flower.........
I'm week 9 now and so far no herms.

But I'm practicing "Enhanced Garden Gazing" too

Dude you’ll be fine don’t sweat it...a couple harvest ago I go down in my room and it was like noon my lights where on in my flower tent they aren’t supposed to turn on until 6 my timer fried somehow and my lights where on 24/7 I don’t know how many days but it was at least one day could of been more and this was week 4 of flower and everything was all good....

i was doing the “enhanced garden gazing “last night for a few hours . Jesus for this size room it will take me 20 hours+ to do the whole thing ,already de-leafed 3 times previous . Jungle lol

if a gardener can’t accept there will be issues that occur and not willing to correct it, your not a gardener cause I’ve never seen a garden not have issues that change your game up Inless blind.

Totally fine. I've done similar things on at least two runs that ended up great.

I'd instinctively agree it might be smart to minimize light leaks from now on, or at least a couple weeks. That said; I leave a vent on the 4' tent open through whole runs, all of them, and haven't had an unintentional bean in about 4 years.

Small light leaks are not a big problem in and of themselves, in my experience, but combine that with an accident and perhaps unstable girls might throw some balls, I suppose.

I find excessive heat, low humidity and insufficient air movement to be a much bigger problem for herms, but most of it is genetic and particular to a given pheno.

The biggest effect of weird photoperiod errors tends to be fluffy weirdly structured nugs, worst case. I think you're fine at 5 weeks.
