I use the dome because I can pop seeds in it too I used to do complete grows in rockwool 38x12 slabs they worked well but cost $15 each & hard to get rid of them once I was done

I started out using a jiffy pot foil casserole dish the kind that has the clear dome & a cfl put the plugs in an ice cube tray to hold upright you've gotta put a few vent holes in the dome rotisserie chicken containers work too as long as I cloned in the house I skipped the heat mat for just a few clones I used a CFL for light 24/7

If you've got patience cloning is not impossible the coco based plugs like root riot are in my opinion the easiest I use root powder but gel works too some people say you dont need anything & others say to use honey I've only used the schultz powder & various gels

I use the root riot plugs and aloe. 90%ish success. I soak the cut and the plug in tap water with about 2 inches of an aloe leaf squeezed into it. Then stick the end of the cut in the fresh end of a cut aloe leaf and into the plug. That goes into a solo cup with a sandwich baggie over the top and a rubber band to seal. 7-20 days under dim light or off to the side and it is usually root city.

This last go at cuts was certainly my fastest. No rooting hormones, just a super light mix of 3 part GH in a spray bottle to dampen the plugs and mist the dome. I'm pretty certain it was more genetics than any of my doings that made it root so fast. When I would root GG4 cuts in the exact same fashion, it would be nearly 2 weeks for me to get roots. For w/e reason, the GG4 was always so slow to root for me -contrary to what I hear from others.

A lot of strains are slow to root to the point the cut looks pretty beat up before roots show
This is awesome! Just to make sure, the stem is inserted into a sliver of aloe leaf, and the the aloe leaf (w/ stem inside) is inserted into the plug?

Just rub it inside the aloe leaf to get some goo on it and insert just the cut in the plug.

Every once and a while I'll have a cut done in like 4-6 days when it normally takes 12-14 and it's gotta wait around for the rest of them to root. Super weird lol.
Banana OG x Blueberry Hashplant FEMINIZED
One of them is showing a lot of the Banana OG lineage with the purple striping on the main stem as well as the node spacing being further apart than that of the BBHP. Pretty decent OG stem rub on them already too.

Purple Power x Blueberry Hashplant FEMINIZED
Every one of these has super thick main stalks just like the Purple Power mom.
I seem to be noticing the same structure and undercarriage as the mom as well but the leaves/serrations show otherwise.
Stem rub on these are still green/veg smells right now. These are the tallest in the tent right now.

Strawberry Cough x Blueberry Hashplant FEMINIZED ( a.k.a StonerBerry)
Lots of long underbranching with the candelabra type structure much like the Strawberry Cough momma but with lowers that look like tops. Sure seems a lot more managable and sturdy of a structure than the SC already though. The SC momma was a bit of a handful in late flower. I seem to be noticing some sour on the stem rub so far. Quite pungent and loud already.

Blueberry Hashplant S1
I honestly couldnt be happier with what Im seeing in these BBHP S1's so far. Super tight node spacing, vigor, leaf patterns and serrations, & that oh so familiar BBHP stem rub......all just like the clone. I cant predict that the flowers will be just like the clone, but Im 100% certain these S1's will be well above avg producers.

Mothers Milk x Blueberry Hashplant FEMINIZED
Ive got a bit of a mixed bag here with this cross. On the left theres more similarity to the Blueberry Hashplant than the Mothers Milk and vice versa for the plant on the right.
No distiguishing smells just yet. These are the shortest strain in the tent so far.

Put down (4) of the MAC x Alien Apple Warp by @Rosinallday and germination rates were 100% and everything looking good so far. (thanks @Frimpong )
I dropped the last Goji OG I had and shes above the plug now. I figured I'd give it one last try and hope for another pheno besides the pine pheno I got from the only girl out of 4 planted in my last run of it.
Now onto the Apple Fritter S1's.................
Not impressed so far. I planted 4 and only 3 popped. Of the 3 that popped, 2 of them are fucked up mutants with extra cotyledons and mishaped voided centers between the cotyledons.
Im not of the belief of hanging on to stuff like this hoping it turns into something amazing, so it better whip into shape quick or get tossed.
