Just some random progress shots of Slurricaine x Runtz, Apple Fritter X Runtz, and Kool Whip x Project 4516

I think I might go hunting for an outdoor location for them instead of killing em...Even indoors these things would have a pretty sweet yield, based off my last pull that was over a QP..

A couple of stuffs arrived right on time today from Grow Green Mi.
The bennies speak for themselves, but I have all of a sudden needed a pH up since adding power Si into my diet. Brings me down below 6.0 when mixing nutes... Athena AG has a pH up called balance that I have been using, but that is also a silica solution, and I have to wonder if I am overdoing it...

The idea with the nectar of the gods, is to reduce the amount of silica I am including, while at the same time supplicmenting some extra Calcium. Some of these gals sure could use it.

This is interesting. In my experience Silica products have always brought the pH up instead of down. I’ve even used it as a pH up of sorts in the past. I typically work w zero ppm RO in hydro so this may be the difference. I can get some wild swings w zero ppm RO until the nutes add that needed buffer to stabilize the water.

Potassium Silicate always brought my pH up... Power Si specifically is Silicic Acid. For my flowering plants I am using their bloom version which also contains a few other compounds. That is most likely the difference.
