Here he come
Jewels in the bright white sports car
Waving his arms in the air
Honking at all the girls
Who do he think he are?
And where did he get that car?

Genesis Auto

Dunno if these will auto or not.
I believe they will.

As I understand it, you cross a Auto with a photo and the next generation, (f1), is 100% photo. Cross that with a full auto , and you should make a fully auto seed.
Which I have done.
We will see.
Because this is outdoors I am not familiar with the light cycle.
I also planted some OG Genesis, as they are proven and I can use them as a reference to a true Auto cycle.

Put some photos down.
Reggae, Respect , my F2

Didnt go looking for duds, first glance looked %100

Planted them outdoor yesterday, rescued from flash hail today.

16 hours of sunlight.
No true black.

Up here photos get hot and heavy, starting second week of Aug.

Like @OldG , last season, we had extended summer. IIRC, we had 6 days over 30C,,, in October.

My strategy involves comparing the proven Autos to the Photos.
By mid-August I will know if these ( Regs/ nonFem.) Mandrines are fully auto - or not.

Was reading about how some of the ' HotShot ' vinyl sleeves were printed, and some were physically punched through.

My daughter and I found a bullet hole edition, last time we were out shopping. Neither of us are interested enough in it to buy it!

Mandarine ( that is how they spelled it - I'm going with it) test autos

I thought that I had popped my Genesis f2, however, up on closer inspection I have decided that I indeed popped the original Genesis that I had received in the mail.
20230706_122245.jpg
I labeled my seeds F5, because the autos I received were reportedly 'stable ' .Realistically, it is possible that I made merely f 3 , but that is neither here nor there.
My Genesis tub also had a glass vial in it. The vial seeds were ugly pale; B-grade. soaked them all.

,.. you are rambling, Jewels,,,

Long story short, I thought this season was all my gear, but it is not.
Mandarine and Respect F2 are my cross. Genesis is Toasts.

Had to pull a few helmets, they had a rough start. That may play to my advantage, if they are male. A little hiccup will slow them down, and bring pollen slightly later.
Who knows?
I make stuff up, and that is the way I see it going.

31C by noon. Looking at 33, by 6pm.
Cukes are feeling it.

Mothersday, that Tomato fit in the red pot. Originally, one Spengler tall, now about 6 foot.

Genesis has more than helmet issues. Looks like hot soil, although it certainly is not.
One of them is trying to grow out of it, another looks like a dud

Amended with 50/50 Bunny and coco. Topped up the pots to hide the awkward stretch.

Respect is going strong, harvestable cuke in background- my first ever.

Same as here, but we were just talking how we feel lucky it's only that! 🤣
Plus you have the humidity. Just yuck.

I've worked in conditions that were horrifically hot. I've worn ice vests that would completely liquefy during my 2 hour stretch in the hole. I've had wires melting into my hardhat/face shield combo as I used a grinder on steel that was being heat-treated at literal oven-like temperatures. I've been in places where I couldn't touch the exposed metal on my fall arrest harness because it would burn me. I know heat. I've done heat. I hate heat.

Yeah, boy - the humidity's what'll take the starch outta your shorts, both literally and figuratively! 🥵
We've lived here 15 years, and have moved at least half a climate zone - maybe more - in that time.
Sounds like a crazy working environment you dealt with in the day. Never even heard of an ice vest.
It got hot AF in the Indian Ocean on a pig-iron vessel, but nothing even remotely like that!

It gives perspective. When I was in management and some clown who never had a callus would complain about lazy workers, he would get an earful.

It also provides ammo when a child or subordinate whines about a task. "You think THAT is hard? Let me tell you some stories."
Which is why I hated clients that didn't let me watch their employees.
