I'd raise them up or lower your light. 18 - 20 inches away from the light should be good. If it's too intense you can always raise it up a bit more
Welcome bro... It will also be helpful when you are able, to get the plants up off the floor, and get some air movement around the root zone. The more pics, and details, the better!

Cosmos is (astrodog x stardog) x (sour kush x c99) from Reno genetics.
Jungle chocolate is Jungle spice x chocolate diesel from Useful seeds.
The little one may still be building roots. That light may be too intense for it atm. Can always give it a little shade or put it in indirect light a bit longer and see if it gets moving.

Woo looking good! I have seen some nice reviews of that Jungle Chocolate. Some spicy/hashy/incense-y funk is what Ive been told. PLease keep us posted, looks like you're off to a great start!
