Ghost og mom #2, fighting back after more media bullshit. I’ve switched to nectar for the gods #4 and am very pleased so far, much less N than ocean forest, but zero gnats. Seems like all the local ocean forest is garbage lately (found a 12” masonry nail in one bag), so switched before my losses become even more frequent.

The best og I've personally grown from a seed is LVTK OG from Cannaventure. It's LVTK X SFV OG . This was when I was a newer grower and didn't keep a proper veg tent. It was pine , lemon , gas . Would put you straight in a chair with a goofy grin. Bout to order me another pack of those . His Irene is killer too . Had a keeper of that for a cpl years . I have a cut of high octane now that Ive never flowered . She is a smelly little bitch . We will see what she does .

My ex Wife was French Canadian. I think I understand LOL. Ever driven in Quebec ? I know it isn't France French, but damn do they not care at ALL about driving skills. You could get away with things there that would have you shot in the face for doing here.
I remember one time driving back there from a visit here, and TWO lanes of a Freeway, were unable to be used, because two cars were literally parked in them.... I drove by in disbelief to see one car, was a guy reading the paper just sitting there, on a freeway, in the lane.... Triple parked and now 2 other cars can't leave ? Common and totally not going to get you assaulted. My ex had to run into the building she did tech support in, and left me in the car triple parked. A Quebecois Provincial cop pulled up to me and said something to me in French, as Ice T's Cop Killer was blaring out the window, and I said I don't speak French and turned it up..... They LEFT. I was literally in a state of shock that I got away with that, as the ex's co workers ran inside laughing to tell them what I'd just done.
Her Mom asked about my "family tree" the day she met me. Very first time meeting this woman, and the first thing she asked was about my heritage. Ex said German and Irish, and the ONLY word I understood in her reply to that was Nazi.... *sigh*. I did once drive over the front end of a Mercedes with a U-Haul truck though.

Good ole frenchie parked her suv drunk one afternoon… actively sliding on ice. Ended up down the street a ways, Ping ponging into parked cars. Coudnt change a tire, wash the dishes even. But kept preaching her “self sufficiency” till the cows came home. Walked away after recovering around 20% of my 8500$ loss. Wash my hands.

"Face Off" is technically somethign that was popped bagseed from those pounds. The cdub claim that his is the original "face off" is bullshit. Because there never was one, it was just pounds of OG. Not a clone being grown called that.
Poison OG - Bagseed from late 90's OG Kush pounds found and popped by tharealogkushman of source genetics. Bag seed phenotype very sour raid poison funk flavor.
Legend OG = Real one is a clone from CALM at Malibu. Should be a short fat plant, not pure og, most likely. If it's the tall lanky OG looking Legend, it's a clone that was mixed up in a trade bait deal. It's SFV instead of real legend. Has been passed as legend since.
Topanga = Just another renamed OG cut that was popularized at clubs in Socal about 2007/8. Just another OG.

Nice to see some more OG info on here too! OG Kush is one of those plants that I loved so much back when I could find it. I think grand total, I only ever found ONE seed EVER in my buds. I loved OG Kush when I could find it, and of course that seed ended up being lost by me, who had never grown yet. I wasn't very good at smells back then, as I hadn't become interested in many strains yet at the time, but I do remember a really interesting Pine like aroma coming through once. That's my only memory of it really, and I haven't seen OG Kush since like.... 7 years ago or so?

In Colorado there's SFV, Fire OG and 92 OG sold at the same place and are different strains.
Grownathighaltitude a member of several forums and a friend has grown Tahoe for over a decade and it's very different than any other O.G.
My favorite is the San Fernando Valley based on flavor.

When I started growing in Sept of 2021, OGK was in my first or second garden.
These seeds were Autos from Seedstockers, so I doubt there was a direct or indirect line to authenticity.
Thankfully, my sourcing of seeds has improved over the years.
I would like to get another chance to grow OGK again with genetics that passes the muster of serious breeders.

Ya, OG Kush is good. But everything now seems hybridized with OGK in the lineage but unclear about which OG often. Please make life less confusing.

yea it looks like swerve and thadocta don’t get along well lol. I love the Tahoe I’ve blazed, had a similar taste to the ha clone I held. Didn’t raskal admit the fire og is just triangle kush?
