I had to take out the frozen tomatoes from the freezer to make room for hashageddon, which will be here shortly :)
I;ll run these thru the Roma processor tomorrow. That's about 4 gallon bags, that were frozen. tomatojuice.JPG
brought in some blackeyed peas and some jalapeno's today too

Those chunks don't mix back up and after watching each part mix I think it's the A part. It's def NOT the epsom....that couldn't mix any better

I think it might be edta. Apparently it is difficult to disolve in water, it needs a pH of 8 in order to make a solution.

IDK what the significance would be unless you are seeing micro nute defeciencies.

No deficiencies, everything is looking good. All the pics I just put up are drinking jacks and liking it. I think stuff is stickier on Jacks. I'll know better as I start indoors with it. Adding the rocks to the concentrate jug seems to be helping.

A better solution for me is to just make a smaller mix from the onset, like a gallon instead of two. That way I'll go thru it faster and fresher.

I picked up a set of the 1 gallon all mesh bubble bags a few/3 weeks ago and it was really a good decision. I already had the 5 gallon set and still do. I got the 1's to do smaller batches.......like 1 a week instead of 1 every 5 or 6 weeks. Pretty easy ice requirements too. Keeping ice and bags of weed in the freezer forever for the "big" run was definitely causing grief, lol.
I mix in a separate stainless steel 2.5 gallon bucket, keeps that shit cold cold. Then pour thru the bags that are clamped to the larger 5 bucket. The one gallon bucket can be no larger than 8" diameter, that's snug. A little smaller would be easier. I cut the bottom off the bucket with a razor blade. Then I use the spring clamps to hold it............they are also useful when removing the bags. onegallonbags.jpg onegallonbags2.jpg onegallonbags3.jpg onegallonbags4.jpg onegallonbags5.jpg

Processed these.................made 4 1/2 pints. One advantage to freezing your tomatoes is that the water will separate when they thaw. You simply pour it off which is much easier than boiling it off. Same bowl........you see reduction starting below

When done..............this is all that's left.....the same bowl. Great way to collect tomato seeds by the wazhooful.

Dulce de Leche

One can of condensed milk, a couple spoons and a frying pan. I'm using a small pan here about 8". A 10 to 12 would be better...take less time to cook.
Pour the can into the frying pan
Add 28 ml tincture
Mix....keep mixing. You want it to bubble like one of those flapjacks in a "little rascals" movie.

Then keep mixing.............keep licking those spoons mutherfucker and you will pay the price, lol :D

Keep mixing, lol...... dulce3.jpg
When you got it reduced to about 25% of the original, put it on some parchment paper and press between two plates. Then cut into pieces. It's about a half inch thick.

I ate a little piece as well as the spoon licking and some slag ingestion and I am quite buzzed!
