My estimate...screeching halt come August if not sooner...it just cannot sustain.
Same shit happened in Venezuela.
It won't stop out here, that's why people are buying up the land and moving out of the city's..
when this happened in San Diego I moved to inpls in. and made a ton of cash....
The price will have to level off but that will happen....
This happens every 15 yrs or so....
The biggest problem is last yr no one really worked and all our surplus of supplies is used up , no different than having a war and using up all the old arm's up so you can get New at a 10,000% increase..
Same thing is going on now..min wage is up, you can make More at McDonalds than working in construction now .?? so now the price of everything else is going up to match..

Anyways just my 2 cent's worth...
At the end of the day we will all be here tomorrow and still dealing with the BOTH SIDES Fucking Us Every Chance They Can?

Yeah, I think it's gonna be a while before things level out as well. People fleeing the city don't see the prices in these rural area as inflated because it's still so much less than where they're leaving. Like to me, seeing the numbers old farms in VT and ME are selling for us insane but for some hedge fund manager from NY who just found out he gets to work remotely forever its pennies... he's gonna buy it, rip down the farmhouse and build his McMansion no matter what materials cost cause it's still a fraction of what he sold his Manhattan flat for. And I'll build his fence for him despite all my misgivings lol

CandyMAC are looking proper Capt! Looks like a MAC leaner and a Candyman leaner. How are the smells?
What are they asking for e land?
Ya I got 1 of each... the smells is hard to say..I got so many different things in here that I really can't say..but it Nice...

The land I'm going to talk to rj about it, tomorrow to really see what's up.. But
When I moved here I think I could of got it for 25 grand. Maybe 21.think the going price is 5g a acre right now for just land .... so im thinking 35g would be asking price, but they don't need the money so who really knows...

I'm going to hit him up with , let me have it for 21 and let me work it off in the next few years???
