Hey man i have run a bunch of it and its crosses. Small but great quality.

I am growing 1st time perm marker clone, perm marker x chimera 2 pheno #97 (breeder cut as well), seed pheno’s I’m trialing are the soap x perm marker.
the issue I see with perm marker dominate pheno’s is the lack of vigor and def a veg time slow grower. Now the terps on the perm marker and ones that have its dominates are super loud smelling. but tbh many of my jet fuel crosses kinda remind me of it, gassy and multi layer smells of funk and rubber and n/a. reason if that’s the case why even grow it when many of these other pheno’s are just as stinky and gassy . Np diss and like a few clones the plant being in bed could of also just been outcompeted and that also makes it a bad test for many things..
plan is next round aka outdoors to use my moms/over grown clone of anything perm marker and like many plants if I know that’s their actions aka being slow , adapt or it’s def gonnea be a disappointment. Example black velvet first time ran whatcha know it Def was super small but after growing it 2x as long and giving it more medium space to ex[and as much it was a great yeilder for adjustment to veg time. Plain and simple but can’t fight that issue if u wanna call that.its just like lower/more needs of nutes to enviromental needs. gotta know ur medium of will and also needs and wants cause no way im willing to run a strain that needs super crazy needs or stressed so easily. The soap practically died for me cause of insect soap. Just one time and it fried both veg room and flower of anything with the soap in it Including my perm marker x the soap, sucks and it took prolly 1-3 weeks to even recover the pheno’s that did and who’s to say the ones I killed cause it fried me to death weren’t the keeper? stuff happens and don’t wanna make this too off topic.
point is perm marker is hard to get rooted clones fast ( another thing is she might low npk as mom to get better % of rooted clones ) , I got a buddy who runs a multi greenhouses and he did a whole room of perm marker and that’s what he even said before me telling him anything. Def makes sense now cause he was complying it sucked on veg time and also cloning % s, it’s slow in veg , it doesn’t stretch after put in flower that much if anything . just trying to give ya a tip and my view so far so you won’t blame urself if wondering why is it hard to clone or is so small? it’s def in the strain and my 700 buck clone of perm marker x chimera#2 did same thing only big thing is my pheno I’m doing of that smells like chimera #2 ( got that clone that’s how I know )
im chopping tomorrow, I’ll get some lit farms pheno’s and also upload me on here for this breeders thread np 😉
if it was me again after knowing this, I suggest buying seeds crossed with it vs clone of her and also pick a parent that is vigors. the soap may of hated my insect soap taht fried it but my observation is both my soap s1 and perm marker x the soap were bigger, tall, easy to clone (than perm marker clone ) and also grew way faster and more yielding, even thou they hated and got fried from my i-m mistake with insect soap, the soap interesting enough hated insect soap more than anything ( won’t do that again.. sigh ) . Def why I’m keeping those and trialing those agin and comparing them compared to perm marker alone . If it isn’t in Favor I’ll just pick another cross with perm marker or if pm shows it champ once ran like black velvet (long veg time) who knows that’ll stay.

perm marker is from seed junky and the seeds where its “black soap” was a lit farms collab with seed junky, lit did like 5+ crosses at least with perm marker.
