Lumber prices are getting more disgusting by the day. And stuff is getting harder and harder to get. My biggest concern for work this year isn't that I can't sell jobs, it's that I'm struggling to get the materials to do them

I'm thinking about framing what I can to use up the obs I have 8 sheets or so and the studs..
So There out of here..I was going to check prices for metal studs to finish it off...
But um Also just thinking of cutting down 6 big pines and milling it at night. Let it sit till fall and then finish inside here..
I got to get this work done before mine at this point in a way..half day's only go so long then you need to just get the job done....?

Ya with the price of wood ..
And since I was going to use Eric mill for a few weeks, to do hard wood, for trim and etc.
I'm sitting here thinking I'm making money if I cut my studs. 3 big trees would go a long way..
I need like 20 2x4x14, 15 2x4x12, 15 2x4x10s still...

The more money printed the less its worth. A green back today is worth about .30 cents so,,,,, and the presses are still running.
Hyper inflation here we come, or wait, here we are.
