Seeds I bought today

Most expensive seeds I've ever bought were Symbiotics "Mimosa" and "Banana Punch" @ about $150 ea.
Havent grown the BP, but the Mimosa got flowered, pollinated, smoked, brought to F2 and given away, revegged, flowered again, and enjoyed again. I think I (and anyone I gave F2's to) got my $$ worth on that purchase haha.

The question, however, is did the smoke vastly over perform smoke from your less expensive grown seeds?

I dropped 2 bills on Mandelbrot's Oilspill f3 from aficionado. Popped half a pack, grew out, f4'd, crossed, shared, traded f4s back to Mandelbrots family so they could revitalize their stock, and still have half a pack to work with. It was the best purchase seedwise I have made. Paid off in spades.

Funny to me. I just grabbed a pack of Money Tree, Got a discount. 39.20 shipped. Will never buy 200 a pack let alone 500.
I guess I am Frugal.

Was going to mention something similar. I noticed I don't have to hunt as hard when I buy really good seeds. Not always but... also the potential for finding is there . But there are definitely some way overpriced just like there are some underpriced. Hope that makes sense . I will try anything once. Lol but I'll never buy a $500 pack from cookies again

When buying high priced seeds, knowing the breeders and being familiar with their work is key. IG hype and cup wins are not equal! If the breeders are killing the cups there is a good chance you will get better quality. Aficianado had been crushing the emerald cup and I bought my seeds direct from Leo's hands after a convo about what I was getting.

I'm frugal as well, but I also enjoy splurging on luxuries now and then - mostly now - if they're worth it. The question for me, is what kind of marijuana high justifies triple digit $$$ seed prices? I'd buy a $2000 zip of buds, but only after a sample toke knocked me down for a day or more. I've yet to read or hear about any lethal weed being grown from mega dollar seeds. Has anyone?

I guess I'll be the first. HA! TBH where I come from its like we are stuck in the 90's. Og OG and more OG , SD, snd s skunk and dispencary bud..My buddies freak out on everything I grow because its not like most stuff they try.
It's obviously wirth it to ME. Im frugal too! waited until I got at 50% off lol. I will keep you all abreast.

Let me know when you have some $500 seeds. ? but seriously folks I am eager to explore your progeny my friend. I looked through your seeds on dcse. What do you recommend for a maiden voyage of your gear that's obtainable.? I would love to grow more BOG gear RIP Man. S Grape is PDG. I literally just buy seeds because I want, not need them. Souvenirs lol

Im that impressed with his stuff so far and to be able to grow something that most people won't, regardless if its just ok. But I would imagine Ill at least be happy smoking it. I want bragging rights at the poker table
