Starting LABs and been sniffing the jar and thinking about how I know things but don’t really know anything. Anyway gonna try and make my own ferments this year for the veggie and weed gardens.

I’m behind on seed starting but that won’t stop me. It should be fun let’s make some mistakes.

Made some jasmine rice a few days ago and saved the water from washing it. Put it in a mason jar almost a full jar. No pics sorry. Then let it sit in my pantry covered with a coffee filter for three days. Dumped it in a big jar with almost a full gallon of milk.

And we wait.

And things are happening. I’m gonna give it another day here maybe then separate the curd from the whey.

LABs tucked away in the fridge till I gather some fermenting materials.

I put on my frilly dress and went frolicking through the meadow this morning and here is a look at what I found.
Mullein, Dead nettle, Clover, Vetch, Yellow rocket, Autumn olive, handful of cannabis leaf.

Avoiding work as usual

Last two Sarsaparilla ready as soon as I am. I don’t hate trimming but I sure do find everything else to do before I will start.

I ended the day with a shot of Jameson a glass of ginger beer and a bunch of dabs of #4. I kept cuts of #2 and #4 they are both heavy stones but #2 gives me some daytime energy along with the high. Too hard to pick a favorite for me we will see what everyone else I share with thinks.
