Well, Tuesday is the first of Febuary already and the new moon.
Got my beans ready, scarified and ready for water. I'll add water to start soak Tuesday in cups.
Have some really great lookin plants this round again for sure.
Today is the first day of week 7, the room is startin to stank! The guano tea boost did alot to that.
Am definatley using the Sunshine 4 Mix again, I love this stuff! Don't remember why I ever moved away from it, maybe this summer I'll remember when I have water 2wc a day lol.
It's perfect as is for seed sprouting and really just vermeculite to work for full grows. The worm castings is just my favorite amendment so I add that too.

Well i went to the grow store.
I got a pallet of Sunshine 4 for $504.00, that's $21.00 a bale. SOLD.
It was $655.00 for a pallet of HF last year so I'm calling this a great deal.
I also picked up 4 cu ft of worm castings too.
I got the black label, it has less perlite than the white label so shouldn't need as much vermeculite either.

So I brought 4 bales to the house last night for the next round, these black bales are heavier than the white bales, guessing that's due to less perlite?!
I haven't ripped one open yet.
I'm glad to find a vermicast producer local, and able to get 30lb bags for 15 bucks apiece. Dark black rich vermicast for the win! Vegging plants love the stuff.
