Ouch, market saturation. I think my best bet is to do 2 light dep crops starting indoor maybe february flip end of march, put out mid june and drop some beans for the fall light dep and one regular fun run to see what strains shake out as survivors. IDK, could eliminate flowering indoors but will need some form of greenhouse.

Chop day for Honey Sundae, gaver her a haircut yesterday. Pics in few.

Going to do a bud wash, going with what seems to be the less common method of seperate buckets for lemon juice and baking soda. Logic being to coat them with the baking soda first the fizzle shit off with the lemon juice. Will do peroxide dunk first, 2min at least for each of the 4 stations.

I strained the lemon juice to get rid of a buch of pulp and will be using 1 cup in about 5 gallons water. Same for baking soda and peroxide will be equivalent of 2 cups 3% in 5 gallons (using just over 2.5 oz of 34% iirc gota check the maths) in 5 gallons. So 4 buckets total with the final fresh water rinse and it may still get an @JL2G shower.

@SSGrower sounds similar to a wash i did not long ago. The only difference i see is the H2O2 mix. When i was doing research on this the formula that i came up with is 3 parts water to 1 part H2O2. Not sure which mix is correct but i had no ill affects from the mix i made. I think i just dumped 4 qts of the 3% into the five gallon bucket which is still a little on the light side. One a side note that was no easy task getting that much H2O2 about a couple of weeks into the global pandemic  . @macsnax the @JL2G is just hanging the plants in the shower and rinsing them with the flexible nozzle. That is what i did and made it really easy.

Would you suggest washing all outdoor buds? No matter what

Gotcha. Idk about you guys but the times I've bud washed, they smoke and taste so much cleaner.

@Frimpong i would if i grew outside. I grow indoors and do not use foliar sprays so i usually don't. The last time i did it was because of a bad infestation of fungus gnats that got stuck to a lot of the sugar leaves. With that being said it is not really that big a deal doing it and the buds themselves are are very water repellant. A lot of folks say they taste better as well.

I usually give them a rinse with a rain style shower head regardless of indoor or outdoor. This time though I will be doing the whole process for both indoor and outdoor because how late I sprsyed spino, and eben though grandevo and venerate are 0 day pre harvest I want to get any residuals off.

I have seen some pm so it will be interisting. There is ususlly pollen and crap I can only imagine this will get it better.

I have done a water cure and will actually use the same method for holding the buds submerged. Like concrete golashes. Ends up being 1.5 oz for the peroxide btw.

@Capt. C This is very much like your method as it is strongly influenced by your posts on the subject. I didn't see what quantities you used though?

Edit - had to actually read your post capt. I saw quite a wide range from george cevantes 1C in 2 gallons to 2x 32oz bottles in 2 gallons. Hydro store is only place that had peroxide they ran out a bit back and I havent seen if they restocked. I bought the last gallon of 99% iso. couple months ago too.

I am sure the H2O2 formulas are all over the place. I tell ya i am glad i don't do it all the time because the last time i did it in order to keep my plant whole i used 30 gallon barrels which i had but the HP and lemon and baking soda started getting expensive for a one time bath :ROFLMAO:

Iso is still hard to come by, I've been buying moonshine it everclear and diluting a lil. I have an 8 gallon copper still from my drinking days, been thinking about using it since the covid thing started.
