Ground Pounder f1
(GelatOG x 9lb. Hammer)

When I get to working this project to F2, I plan to re-hunt for #5 of this test group. I'd like to increase the frequency of the nearly all purple chemotype.

When is testing done? Dont see them on your website yet.

God O War is wrapping up and is scheduled for release next month. The others were removed from the upcoming drop list because there isn't an ETA for them. They still need additional testing. I just recently sent out some more testers. I hope to have a better idea after I receive their feedback.

Galactic Funk - (Tangie x Hyper Alien)
X-Files - (BCK x Hyper Alien)
Clairvoyant - (BCK x Hyper Blueberry Blast)

Sent out for testing - non confirmed, no ETA
Space Invasion - (Hyper Blueberry Blast x Hyper Alien)
Cosmosis - (9lb Hammer x Hyper Alien)
Astro Black - (Blackjack x Hyper Alien)
Paladin - (Ghost Train Haze x Hyper Blueberry Blast)

haha yea, but if I get no purple I'll be surprised. More for the aesthetics, never been a purple fan.

I've never been much of a purple guy either. From most of my experiences, they typically never live up to their bag appeal. It's ironic how I ended up with so many purple flavors. I also keep getting sucked back into them because I'm determined to have that purple beauty that doesn't mess around.

I should have posted this first for anyone who was curious rather than start this journal where the others left off.

I mainly use FFOF soil.

I'm currently running a couple of plants in my first F&D attempt. IMO, so far so good. (y) Other then acclimating to tote height, and explosive plant growth, it's been pretty much smooth sailing to date. (Day 51 of flower) F&D build is curtesy of @HydroRed DIY build. @spyralout persistently hounding me to try hydro and laughing at me for how much quicker his plants were growing is what nudged me to try it. ?

I typically grow all of my plants in 1/2 gallon pots. I'm not trying to grow beastly plants for quantity, but rather testing plants. Smaller pots allow me to test more at one time.

I just changed over from hand watering to an automated flora flex watering system in the main flower tent.

For lights I veg 30-45 days from seed under T-5's.

I have a 6 COB 3500K 90 cri light for my utility tent. It's primarily for flowering males and pollinations. When not in use, I use it as a standard overflow flower or veg tent.

My main tent uses a HLG-600 3000K Quantum Board. (2) 4' Solacure UVB flower power bulbs, (2) far red rapid LED's, and (2) three COB rigs for supplemental perimeter lighting. The (2) 3 COB rigs are set up in this configuration (3500k - 2700k - 3500K) The 3500k citizen 1212's are 90 cri. The 2700k citizen 1212's are 97 cri.

I'm a big believer on air flow and I move a lot of it. I personally prefer indirect as opposed to direct.

For nutrients my primary base is Emerald Harvest's Cal/Mag, Mega Crop. and Recharge.

I have other supplements that I rarely use, but I'll add them infrequently from time to time when I think they'd be useful and basically so they don't go to waste. The use of these is minimal if at all on any given grow. (Seagreen, Mammoth P, and the left over Emerald Harvest line) None of which will be replenished once it's gone. I'm not knocking the products, I just don't want or need a ton of supplements.

I think that about covers it.

What do you mean by indirect vs direct airflow?

Update: Day 56

Here's a better idea of the height issues I've been dealing with. These girls were in veg waiting patiently for the previous grow to finish up. I say patiently because they had already maxed out their veg space about a week before the flower tent was harvested. Once the tent was harvested, they were delayed a few days so I could clean the tent and equipment. Part of that delay was also making some new changes to the flower tent. I had to rearrange a few things to make room for the new flora flex system, and F&D totes. I ended up removing one tote because all three of the plants in that tote were males. I lost some much needed headroom from the tote height, and the new stand/reservoir from the flora flex system. I didn't have nearly enough room for stretch because of this. There was a lot of LST and super cropping for those first two weeks of flower just to keep them manageable. I also had to dim the lights considerably so they wouldn't cook these plants with them being so close. I usually keep the lights roughly 18-24" from the canopy. Some of these are approximately 6" from the lights. (maybe even less for some)

Here's some of the lowest lowers from GOW #11 in the F&D tote. They're approximately 3+ feet from the lights and shaded by a thick canopy.

Here you can see the distance from those lowers in relation to the light. The lowers pictured above would be in the lower right of the picture below. (just above the net)

And here's another photo to show the shaded canopy covering them.
