8 of those strips would work pretty perfect on one of these wired in series. But you'd have to use 300v min rated wire. So two of em for a 4x4.

One of these in parallel wiring setup would run 16 of those strips. Youd have to adjust the min V control screw down to where you want it though, 38.3V, and then wire in a dimmer to use for usage adjustment.

Can work out many driver pairings, I just kept the drivers I suggested to be a simpler wiring design usage.That sounds good. Thanks... I like the idea of running the same brand diode throughout the board. Alot of the qbs on the market right now are using different brand far reds and some even have .5w 3000k chips and 3w far red chips. doesnt make much sense to me...seems like its not as efficient as it should be.this is the datasheet that I found on the page, it was pretty hidden away.
Are you familiar with the "hiccup" mode MW features in some of their drivers? I have noticed if I overdrive my xlg-240-h-ab above 250w... it will shut itself down randomly throughout the day.... You'll want to use 18 gauge wire for it.
Not thermostat wire though, the insulation is quite weak on it. Usually depot or lowes only carry 16 gauge, which is better, but a bit overkill.
Can be solid core or stranded wire.
If it's stranded make sure to tin the wire ends for where it goes into the wagos.
Personally I prefer a soldered and heat shrunk connection rather than wagos.
The stuff I like has 300v rating, and silicone shearing on the outside. Really strong stuff and decent priced. I buy it by the 100ft spool usually.
For the driver, it's the exact same model # but has an AB after the 42, not just an A.

Dimmer pot for one driver is 100k, for two drivers on one dimmer you'd use a 50k.
Most of them need a power cord attached too.
I like to use 3 prong power tool replacement cords.
They come like 8 ft long and good to go with ready to use leads.
