What are you listening to?

I see your man is going to be in Richmond on Sunday Feb 5 ....
Haven't been to a show in so long, I have no idea if $60 is fair?

If you notice, I most always post vids of my favorite artists from their heyday. There are a couple recent clips of David doing Helpless Blues, but I don't enjoy them. I'd recommend you watch some recent vids and decide if you'd enjoy the show. He's 77, and does well for being 77. But he's 77. Age happens. That's why I'm so grateful for YouTube - the prime years are still available. His was one of the best acts around for a good while, but time spares no one.

I wish I'd started listening to them earlier but I appreciate the music much more now. I was the little sister listening to Boingo while the older kids were into Television and Patti Smith.

I missed several artists in their heyday because I'd always dwell and obsess on the ones I was into. Turns out that's not so bad. Retro digging through the missed good ones is better for me than attempting interest in the current menus.
