Not sure I’m that wise but I read lots. For some reason thinking phosphorous def. Doesn’t resemble pests, but possibly a fungi as alternative. Just my 2 cents

Appreciate your input and I thought similar . It’s bloody difficult to pin point sometimes because many issues give similar symptoms. Thankfully it’s disappeared as the plant grew onwards .
