US set to move to reclassify marijuana

Reading the 10th Amendment, I don't see where feds have any authority to regulate seeds, do they?
That is what I was thinking, are they’re gonna test every single one that they got. Are they gonna grow it? I remember the marijuana seed pens. Was it bird seed? Where did they get the seeds to do all that from? To be honest with you, I’m starting to think it’s nothing but hot air. I think everything will go on like it has been before.

Perhaps, but I pretty much anticipate the main seed banks pull back. It will be interesting to see. Thankfully I'm not hurting for seeds in general, even if I they aren't all my first choice and some are bagglers.

Ill give you a tip,
None of it applies to you.

Learn everything you can about trust law and securities. Every act, statute, legislation, bill applies to the trustee of the public trust. All constitions are trust identures of the public trust.
Are you a trustee? If you were, you would be paid to have a fiduciary obligation?

How do i know this?
ive been through this in Oz and had to figure this shit out quick sticks.

They will pass more and more laws till they have a full compliant voluntary slave/serf system under lock and key. People will suffer further and further until........

Thats why knowledgde is power and the pen is mightier than the sword

They will have to amend the farm bill again for things to return to normal.
I may be paranoid, but I don't think the new seed restriction is an accident or an afterthought.

It's about money & control.

The same people who wanted the restriction will be fighting to keep it.

Even though I have a lot of seeds, I'm going to stock up before the big rush in October.

I shared this with another member yesterday. SeedsHereNow is taking this seriously.

they even have a countdown clock to their last shipments
James Bean here.

On November 12, Section 781 takes effect. Signed law. It removes viable seeds from high-THC genetics from the federal definition of hemp — which ends legal interstate seed shipping unless Congress steps in.

The Senate had the chance to fix it. Instead, they passed a four-week delay inside a funding bill. Four weeks. And even that hasn't cleared the House.

I've been in this business 16 years. I'm not gambling my warehouse — or your access to these genetics — on Congress hitting a deadline

How funny I came here to post the exact same thing! Bright minds!

I mean it could be a sales tactic but idk.

I would hope he'd have some integrity and not do this to increase sales. but you never know... isn't James Bean also the purveyor of JBC Seeds too? that site doesn't have this similar November warning.
EDITED. Maybe. I have heard there are multiple "james beans". I believe the one from SHN owns a few diff companies.

thanks for the info! looks like the UK seed banks might be getting a bit busier come November.
Maybe, it’s nothing we can control so i don’t stress about it. We are sitting on a gold mine just being a member here imho. Full fridges and passion, we are set.
I do feel bad for the seed sellers having this stress is like waiting for a court date or to see if you can still clock in on the 13th.

What if it does go down? Have a shitty neighbor or town mayor you despise? Send some seeds with their name on it, see what happens. Have some fun with it.
It could also force some to make their own seeds and test their own seeds for once. That would make them want to step up their game instead of chucking pollen and sending it out untested to everyone. This would make us stronger as a whole in the long run.
Fucking politicians just waiting for someone to line their pockets and their minds change again…ok i’m done, time for a šŸ’Ø šŸ˜†

that's how it was back in the day.either euro or canadian seeds through the mail. The thing is that their detection methods are probably a helluva lot better now. And "they" have been educated pretty well at this point as to how we send seeds. It matters what gets enforced. If they are set against seeds they can make it difficult and expensive to ship across the pond.

Imo, they are pissed about intoxicating hemp products. Based on that there is no way thc seeds are going to be allowed. Sellers are fucked. Seedbanks are fucked. And the customer side of the coin needs to be considered. Some are adverse to risk, they might stop playing.

I have enuff beans here to last my lifetime and I'd advise folks to stock up now while the choices are there.
