These things can do homework, write songs, all sorts of shit.
Plus, instead of reading through pages of search results, these things can scan the 'net and answer your query and save you the trouble of thinking and evaluating for yourself.
Some bots have become racist, others have become bitchy and paranoid.
No way this could go sideways.
Edit: and don't forget, while you are using it, it is recording and evaluating YOU and adding you to the database

No way this could go sideways.
So on one hand, these things can replace a programmer for a company as they can and do code. On the other hand, a few of them have already gone off the deep end.... And on the other hand (How many hands am I using today?!?!) you could just as easily run off at the mouth to this thing, and as long as your logic is spot on, I feel confident we could make an AI commit suicide.
Back in the day I used to fuck with the built in "Psychiatrist" in Emacs (Text editor for Unix Like systems) and pissed off a piece of code. I have not played with this one at all, as I'm not sure I want to yet. However I do feel confident that I could make sentient code want to make Moonshine and eat Mushrooms. Or, you know.... "rm -rf /*"

Now see I could just as easily walk into the Server room where it's housed and run a strong Magnet over the drives in the computers it lives in and destroy it. (Computers use Magnetic media, a Magnet or, opening a HD and allowing Moonlight to hit the drive's platters essentially makes them into nonsense 0s and 1s)
