i did not get any usable pollen from either uk or exo, i will have to try again. the reverse went just fine but i was unable to extract and pollen from them. i was successful in getting trainwreck fem pollen and alien cookies fem pollen so ya very happy about that for-sure. it only took me like 11 years to get the cookies put into seed form but its a done deal now.

The only time I've ever heard anyone say what the original Cheese plant smelled like, they said Sharp Cheddar. Now, having never been in the same room as that exact cut, I can't say for sure. But I've read this from people in the UK who were around, so, I tend to think that should be about right. LOL you're right on with all those having a similarity to them though; They're all basically related, and should technically smell similar in some ways.

I'd LOVE to sit there and sniff them back and forth and see what differences and similarities are going on in them.

I thought they called it cheese because they have no skunks in the UK and don't know what they smell like... or so I've read lol .. cheese does come from skunk lines right?.. been eyeballing the alien cookies f2's for a while.. me thinks I'll wait for the fems to be ready...

I've heard that too, but the thing is, the few people that seem to have actually had it, gave a specific type of Cheese that it smelled like, so it's hard to think that's the case. I mean if it was just a legit Skunk that actually smelled anything like real Skunk, no one would have kept looking. The Alpha Skunk Cheese I have came from High Times covering a Skunk hunt, and the article stated that Exodus Cheese was hunted through, and they did smell like Cheese, but nothing was really that true Skunk smell. I've thought about this myself a lot, which probably shocks no one lol, but yeah bro, the way I understand it, it was a pack of regular Skunk #1 seeds someone popped in the UK, possibly near Lutton England in the 80s, and they had one Seedling that stood out from the others in the pack, and it had the usual giant tops, and a distinct Cheese smell, so they called it Cheese.

I probably think about this an unhealthy amount of time lol.

And yeah that Alien, is beautiful! Jaws has some beauties to play with for sure.

I have fond memories of skunk back in the day..and some not so fond of a super skunk I found from seed she was great to grow explosive skunk if you brushed against her but very grapey if she was just in the room growing... That super skunk gave me mad paranoia fear and what not lol strong stuff.. most everyone else seemed to love it though...

all ALIEN GORG F1-V1 popped so now lets see how many make it up through the fresh soil.

all INSANE JANE popped and again lets see how many break the fresh soil.

the three seeds im keeping quite on all popped, looking forward to seeing all three break soil soon i hope.

I've never had a chance at Super Skunk as of yet, but it's on my try if I find list haha.

I’d love to test these out or a cross with it. You found a really nice one. Been drooling over her on og and here. I tried to get a f2 pack from Cannaventure’s site a while back but they were gone.

Have 2 packs of the Alien cookies f2's and dude, this isn't making it easy to keep them dry. Sooo, want to pop some. I think they've just moved way up in the que. Already playing musical chairs for space. Mr Bubbles on deck, looks like Alien Cookies just got the nod and is now in the hole.

Maybe Jaws could answer that question. Just noticed that's where he found this plant, in a pack of f2's. I have a bunch of Jaws gear I've been meaning to run. Tried some Sour Lemon OG outside last summer but it didn't finish well at all, didn't seem to like the cold temps, grew fine until it started getting cool at night. Wanting to get a peek at the Alien cookies, Chem Soda and Raspberry Diesel.

I got some space with Reds testers for my next run of testers, if I can get them by the 19th

I'd be all over that but not in a position to test right now.. I'll be looking forward to the drop though hopefully the seed harvest will be plentiful with plenty to go around...

ok so ya these plants wont be done until around the 31 of this month then a dry time then de seeding then we can see where were at when that time comes.

differences in 2-4 two generations up front. was never really looking for anything when running the alien cookies just really liked the plant and the buds, but when i ran across this phenol i just had to do something and making fems with it seemed like the right move for-sure. i just hope things are solid when it comes to the testing.

had an hard time getting pollen from the last few strains that i have reversed, seems the reverse goes just fine but having issues getting the plants to drop and decent amount of pollen. going to make up a fresh batch of STS before i start on any other reverse projects.

got lots of cuts going and i only put three seed strains to soil for this round.

MYSTERY STRAIN

the MY strain is "NOT" unknown i know exactly what it is im just not going to say what it is until i have grown it out a bit and see if i can a usable male, i only have three seeds and they were pretty old but all three popped and are now above soil. im thinking about doing the same with this strain as i did with the UGORG#1 meaning hitting everything with him. i have a decent amount of well known strains and some not sweet stuff and breeding with a male from the mystery strain should be pretty decent if i get that male im after.

ohh ya i did get all 6 of the put into bigger pot's, they will all veg/flower out in the can's. just got them into the can so we will give them a bit of time grab some snips and put them to flower.

not sure if im going to do anything with any of these in there first flower here with me, but ya i like making seeds so ya never know. if i was to say anything id say that the cherry pie will at some point be hit with the last of my ugorg pollen, CHERRY GORG F1. but ya not sure if thats something i want to do right off the bat. the cherry pie seems to be the durban side with i do not really like at all. i ran both cherry pies next to one another years ago and the heavenly cut was so much better then the durban.
