Just found this morning some of the sulfur I tried to mix up had dried up. The flakes just pulverized and turned to dust when touched. Gonna try a few different things here, will post regardless of success or failure.

Todays canna garden foliar was the mineral mix 2.5ml Yucca, 4ml Si, 2.5ml Fe gluconate, Mn chloride, Cu sulfate and zinc lactate in 1/2 gal. I had to add 0.25ml pH up to land at 6.0, it was in the 4's.

Next foliar is ipm, then I will start spreading out the foliar feeds more until I stop in the next few weeks (a few weeks before harvest).

I may pull the other GW x CnC - I don't like the way it looks, haven't been able to identify any intersex parts but it just dosen't look right/happy. It gets a close inspection now that lights are on here after this.

IDK if it got pollenated by its stable mate or was experiencing a lack of light or was not responding well to the amount of airflow it was receiving (too much direct). Most likely a combo, I didn't cull the cut but it got chopped in the interist of garden health.

I am getting away from giving everthing a chance, expecting poorly performing plants to somehow flip around and be great. I still believe a fair amount of stress is tolerable and benificial but each cultivar will have thresholds, each of which when passed means an appreciable loss in some form. I dont mind a quantity loss but I have realised if its not going well at the 1/4 point in flower its time to pull the ripcord. 20210601_102919.jpg

I've been in the same boat, and done the same thing before. Had a BBC that looked so promising until mid flower. She never fluffed out on any of the buds, and continually looked unhappy despite the rest of the garden having a good ol' time. Gave her the axe for something happier. lol.
Gotta cull the herd sometimes, sometimes on purpose, sometimes on accident in my case. lol

I don't watch any sports, so had no idea. Lol.
I know they're Denver teams is about it. ???
I do have a pretty good eye for Nugs though, just a different Kind is all.
How about an Avalanche of Nugs, all varieties, every strain, a giant mountain of it rolling down the hill to a giant bowl at the bottom where there's a controlled burn happening. ???
What a way to go huh?

Another NH2 popped giving me at least 3 of each cross.

The garden did ok, except a few berries in the raised beds got too dry, asparagus bolted for the most part and I don't have much conifidence for the carrots onions and new asparagus I planted.

Some nice looking plants SS:weedleaf: No denying away that NH tho. WNBA first team all star
It will produce some massive colas if gotten right and I like how the water leaves basically stop before the bud, easy trim. They will get dose of a bottled bloom fert from fox farm tomorrow but I would say they take 1/3 to 1/2 at most the nutrients other cultivars take.

Interesting. Are you referring to uptake or strength of nutrients?
Good point. It seems like both because because they drink less water too. This was impossible to diferentiate in the previous multi strain f/d.

I have gone to 2 waterings between "feedings" for everything else these have been at 3 since they were flipped.
Feedings have been a handfull of boosted worm poop bubbled in a few gallons 12-24hrs. The NH was given the bloom booster at the last feeding instead because it is a 0 on Nitrogen and I think that (N tox/lock) may have contributed to some of the troubles I had on the seed run.

I can only assume that the long flowering times are a results from a slower hormonal transfer. Probably effects uptake throughout the transitioning phases of growth. The high octane poly-hybrids of today we all are familiar with might not be normally related to what Neville was doing 40 years ago. Dial in the NH isn't something we can find relevant information on these days. She looks happy.

I hadn't considered hormones in the equation but certainly relevant as I was wondering if I should super crop number 4 irl (she is the wnba player that had her head cut off in the pick above). She is maturing lower first. I convinced myself her top colas are gonna stack eventually, maybe week 12 or something, lol.

At first all I saw was dude man jamming, then I rolled laughing at the blonde chick. lmfao. Oh ya know she's a dirty girl. LMFAO :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
There is so much going on in the back ground too from anderson cooper to Keanu Reeves. She's doin that check you used to do back when you gave a f'. Bound to have some douchbag calonge under tones but a predominant funk of bo due to all the sweaty gyrations.
