Woke up late and didn't feel like messing with the plants tonight so I gave them all a sip of agua and called it a day.
Fast Purple F1[5 Regular Testers] from @copagenetics is coming to a close.
This day 48. I am excite!
Maybe another week but she's coming in hot. Protip: Don't turn your back on her too long, she moves quick.
I'll assemble a more detailed post or thread on this one once she's done in case anyone wanders by and wants to know.

I've been shying away from autos but I'm giving serious consideration to running 4-5 outside this spring. Any you would recommend? I've been looking at the Chunkadelic and Vanilla Creme Pie.

Fast Purple F1[testers] got pulled last night. Day 57. Copa says nothing has gone past 56 but I personally feel this could have taken another week.
There isn't any real overpowering terps here but the dominant are sweet skunk, which didn't really emerge until around week 5-6, and some kind of subdued grapefruity-spice.
I'll report back on that when I've done a smoke test and had someone with a more refined nose than mine take a whiff.
She was quite gangly and I had difficulty keeping her in check with my suspension bridge method of tying her up.

Initial guesstimates are roughly 3-4 oz.

Dropped these @Dino Party beans the other day. DTS popped before the requisite 24 hour soak. Space Pastry had to be cracked after 48 hours[24 soak/24 wet towel]. A tap started to emerge this morning so I'll see if she can do the rest in some soil.
Starting everything in the remaining FFHF I have left. I haven't decided if I'll go straight Promix or reuse my old soil at this point.
There's a couple others along for the ride [Hella Jelly II, Pistachio#6] but right now I'll we'll focus on the DPC's.

You ever hear a bone crack. Creeps me out. Big time.
The Space Pastry still hadn't popped up yet from the soil so I dug it up to take a peek. Still the same as when I buried it.
I decided to try and removed the shell. I set the bean in a damp piece of TP and went to work with some tweezers and razor blades.
It wouldn't give so I tried buffing it out on some 120 grit.
Ok, looks like it will pop open now. And then the most bone-chilling crack I've ever heard a seed make. I'll try another, better prepared seed tonight or tomorrow.
I'm still amazed at how hard the shell is. Like crazy-hard.
I think it was growing inside the shell. Maybe a bit more patience? I doubt it would have breached the shell without divine intervention.
Pollinated a few things I had laying around. I'll start digging through the Flo x FPF1 immediately outdoors if I get anything viable. The other two get shelved ad infinitum although the Grand Fire x FPF1 might turn up something worth while. I *might* run a few in 3-gallon outdoors.
This was my first indoor pollination and I'm 58% positive I got some pollen in the bloom tent but you can't really get that old school high without the seeds, right? lmao The Fast Purple momma looked so good I kind of felt bad but I'm sure she'll make beautiful babies.
In the bllom tent, got some more Fast Purple(left middle) and Grand Fire(middle, top middle) about to finish up as well as some HSC Collie Man Kush(rear left), Raspberry Ice Cream[testers](left front), CSI Durban Poison(right front, barely visable), Flo(front center)...

Everything I said above about Flo not being a keeper, I graciously retract.
I was wrong on many levels. But lets forget all that and talk about what is.

Why change my mind? I smelled it, I smoked it, I loved it.
It has a Berry front end reminiscent of
Yeah. This one is for the berry-fruit fans. This one is gud but if you're looking for loud, it's not here.
The back end is cocoa-hash. For my own personal preference, the front and back compliment each other perfectly.
The yield is a bit on the low side but that only makes it that much more valuable to me. The first one netted about 68 gms in a 3 gallon pot.
The current on is in a 4 gallon pot but I flowered her about the same height, about 20 inches, 12 of that actual bud area.
This is a cultivar that would benefit from multiple tops indoors.
The high comes on quick and is an intense, heady stone, definitely not a bedtime snack.
The first one got pulled at 68 days. The tops were done enough for me but the very lowers brought about a caffeine-y raciness.
I attribute this to the high pH/high N keeping the plant short and compact during most of it's growth, limiting bud/trichome development.
I'm still having elevated pH issues due to the amount of Si I was using and when[full strength, every feed]. I've rearranged that program and the third one should give me a better idea of what I'm trying to achieve here..
I want to give a shout out to @Schwaggy P , DCSeedExchange, and Copa for steering me in the direction I needed through an email/prize error, which is how I ended up with the GG4 x Skunk 1 beans[one of these days...] and ultimately here, my current time sink? aka pHenohunter.org... so much good stuff.

This is one I would start indoor 2-3 months before hitting ground outside. I'm guessing without the extra veg time, she would only be a medium yielder.
If I think I can pull it off, I will run one in a 45 gallon outdoor and see what's up with that full spectrum bud.
She looks odd to me. Lots of small, acorn size buds, dense af. The buds don't get big at all but there are plenty of them, she stacks nicely, just need to get better node spacing so the plant finishes more evenly and isn't hidden under foiliage.
Nothing like any Flo I've ever seen or tried. She's a slow grower too but I'm banking on patience paying off in heaps.

This one is being called Mountaintop Mint by the bag that was packaged by Nat himself. I don't really know what's going on here since she has ALL the Freakshow traits. No one seems to know. Humboldt Seed Company doubts there was a seed mix up so the only conclusion I can reach is that Freakshow is derived from Mountaintop Mint or the same parentage.
Call it Freakshow or Mountaintop Mint, only the pedants care.

I'm looking at the calendar to be sure but the pull day says "Flo seed start" except I didn't, start any Flo seeds. so 70 days actually.
I had originally intended to do the "Flow" method of harvesting but decided it wasn't worth the hassle.
I think if all the things are on point, 65-70 days is the sweet spot. 80 if YOLO.

First up, the recently plucked Fast Purple F1[testers] 5-pack
Preliminary weighs are 160 gms and with a tad more drying and trimming off some of the junk that's probably accurate as I've already smoked about a 1/4 before this pic was snapped

I'm having a tough time with the smell and taste. It's nothing mind blowing and seems quite ordinary. I've been using citrusy-grapefruit but subdued with a minty, fresh-cut grass-ness, there's no sharp notes but they're not quite flat either. It's pleasant but unremarkable.
The high comes on intense and levels off to a nice uplifting, heady high that at times can get spacey. Duration: Approx. 2-3 hours
Next up is HSC's Collie Man Kush. I haven't said much about these because I'm still a little bent, but I did pay retail so...
I got these because I drove to Sacramento to grab a pack of Stoopid Fruits but the dispensary lied and they didn't have it.
This got the same soil and inputs as the Raspberry Ice Cream testers I'm running but as soon as it popped up it looked like it had elevated nitrogen with extremely dark leaves. It looks super cool now with the white, frosty peaks, dark fans, and dark burgundy fan stems.
Smells of skunk. All the skunks. In one. Go suck on that IG.
This is Grand Fire number II. On point IMO but through no fault of my own.? Should be done in another 10-ish days.
Super easy grow, probably easier that the HSC gear.
This is the HSC Raspberry Ice Cream tester. Smells just like Katsu/Romulan Ziggy's Stardust with sparkling lemon terps.

Thanks dude! I'm still buthurt it's not close to the pheno I worked with a couple years ago but this pheno was well received regardless. This one leans more wine/grape - spicy/savory than sweet grape kool-aid
