No way that can be misused. /s

Gotta fight this shit, people, or 1984 gets a little closer every time.
(I know that novel is endlessly referenced, but it should be mandatory reading for all. It's an entertaining story and a terrifying dystopia)

China already has this tech and even more in depth. It's on the vehicle's windshield. While on a work trip, I personally witnessed several accidents where they were automatically scanned for everything, including insurance. No cops involved, the drivers just got out to look at the damage, then took off. One time we were being driven around by one of our vendors, and at certain spots on the freeway, he'd warn us to put our seatbelts on in certain areas, then when it was passed, let us know it was OK to take them off (they hate wearing seatbelts). He said that there is a point system where if you speed or don't have a seatbelt on (passengers included), these monitored areas would automatically add points to your record and send you a text message informing you of the infraction, points balance, and how much to pay. Once you reach a certain amount of points, you get your license revoked. It's like a reverse rewards program ?

China also has police stations in Toronto....3 of them to track their citizens...in Toronto.

If you want big brother plates....China and the wu han plan is the way to go.

Those crazy conspiracy theory nutjobs people laugh at aren't so crazy after all.
It still baffles me with the information, literature, history readily available at people's finger tips that people can't rationale that the people put in power to serve their fellow men and women serve nefarious actors hellbent on enslaving mankind.
The closer the end of a civilisation/democracy, the crazier and more ludicrous the laws get introduced to control the masses.

If you go into a neighborhood, and simply knock on a door, say hello, and leave, you might be looked at as strange but not illegal. You do that with a Network and you've committed a crime.

In Canada I wouldn't worry. I'm in the Murder Mitten though so around here? Not sure I'd knock LOL.
