5 days of rain coming....today i am cleaning out my hash gear.
Hitting 70 today...yesterday we broke the record for warmest day in October recorderd at 75F.
Crazy eh.
But rain the last 2 days...nice afternoon then 5 days of rain and cooler temps.
Aug 10 they showed sex. I am hashing them at day 79.
I was going to chop Oct 10... so those just over 2 weeks were pretty fantastic. Amber FAT trich heads....like they do outside.
I will take pics as i make the hash. Getting ice at 8 ....temps max out at 45F and that is a beauty garage ...BRUTE hash day.
26 pounds of ice for 6 bucks and this time i grab 3 of them... i might need a truck...

Never know, but still even if they never had seen such a thing ya think one would be a bit more cautious and err towards safety of them and their own.
I wouldn't let my daughter swing on this somewhat sketchy looking rope swing last summer. Probably woulda been fine, but with it being next to a decent drop off it was a no go taken chance.
Just watched this and was surprised to see a place I knew at #5.
I worked at the Celanese chemical plant a couple times. Once was to "mothball" a bunch of vessels for long-term storage after the site was mostly closed down and regular operations had ceased. We were there for a couple months and spent most of our days sitting in an abandoned office building waiting for work permits. After a while we started exploring the building and scavenging for AV equipment to play videos. The offices were full of supplies and equipment and the whole place was a bit creepy
I remember saying that the site would have been a perfect for paintball or re-created as a video game setting. There were tons of creepy old buildings and towers, many connected by creaky old walkways, far up off the ground.
The second time I worked there was to open some of the mothballed vessels so a prospective buyer could inspect the internals. Their plan was to transport them to a site in Asia. Never heard if the deal went through.(I thnk these operations may have something to do with the confusion in the video about when the place closed.)

^^Just finishing this. It is very powerful and I strongly recommend it to any fans.
Geddy is very open about lots of stuff(parents in concentration camps, dad dying young and the insenstitive family members, the formation and early days, etc), but when they discuss Peart's decision to leave the band, the resentment from Geddy and Alex, and the subsequent diagnosis of brain cancer, it gets incredibly emotional.
