Having Trouble Cloning?

What is REALLY crazy...i love this 9 port turbo klone...it keeps things from getting too crazy. And I hated it before !

These were 3 strains, Purple Flavanoid #2....and 1 that presented male and 1 i am not sure..but now i have a copy..and since i have started the bleach and water this is round 3 with the same results

I put a O an X and a | on 3 each of the plugs...like a video game..now i log 3 strains, in about a week move them to 2 litres or solos and bloom somethijng else...or capture some banana durban gushers/sherbs/iced bananas :D

Shit I love the idea of 9 . The one I have is a little bit bulky and that's what's been keeping me from giving it another go.

I continue to use bleach in my cloner...the difference now is i stopped dicking around and mix a 5 gallon bottle of 5.5 PH RO water with the bleach in it...no more...i will just add water because i am in a hurry.
I cap it....i use a pool tester to make sure its there before i do the water change...CLEAN everything and do it again.

Even that 9 port turbokloner....that didnt work.

well i think this solved it.... These are Dosi Mac Stompers from Sunken Treasure

9 cuts....3 plants 3 of each....2 presented male so 6 are going in the trash. The other 3 ...3 different pots with hydroton to see what works best.

:D

2 weeks later....i think these have more roots than some 6 week seedlings i tossed yesterday.

Thanks for the write up & the update...I don't use any fancy cloners, just the tray holding cuts in rooters sitting in small res, no lid, maybe a few k of light, 18 on, 6 off in an old converted tote...10 to 14 days with str8 ph'd RO with a lil bit of tap for some ppms...I do change the res water every few days.

I have very few that don't root but I really needed a big nudge to be much more cleaner about things. I will be adding the bleach at your rec'd amounts from now on and make a point to sanitize! Thumbs up on this tutorial!

A bit crude but works...

I use the water cloner because i pretty much screwed up every other kind.
I can get a cut to catch in a rooter or a rockwool but its about 50 50

A water cloner that is dialed in is near 100 % always...and they are ready for water systems. :D

Those all went into a flood and drain for now... I think it might be one of the 4 too....sunken treasure dosido X Mac Stomper...is right in my wheelhouse.

umm thanks for the heads up on that, how ever i more talking about after rooted has been done and you have moved onto actually growing the cut out in veg and prepping root mass for the flowering cycle. i have been using tribus but i just ran out ant its getting even more price now. looking for something that works decently but not cost $100 a bottle.

peace ..

i will be trying this on a few cuts here before to long, what are most ppl using around here for root boosters ?. trying some new bud booster but would really like some ideals on a rooting booster.

excellent ..
Raw npk grow/bloom microbe or roots organic bio-force/organism XL ( both used for 5-10 years ), I sprinkle when transplanting and every 2-4 weeks via drench at teaspoon a gal or sprinkle/top dresss at 1/2 teaspoon to per gal medium .

i always suggest to never judge branding but to look at price per lb, what species and how many population you have per gram/lb. This will tell you so much if the product is worth it bacteria/fungi wise. I also trust shelf life of dry versions in many ways than liquid .

Take it or leave it but but another key for sucess for these products is never let your medium get over dry , I suggest having straw/layer to promote always a semi moisture %. I even do this for indoors in coco.

I've been using 10 drips of bleach per gallon, regular tap water, saturated coco coir in tiny cups..No root booster at all..Been getting 100% for quite some time now...At first I tried dip and grow..And clonex, then some with nothing..The only ones that was 100% was the ones without root booster...Threw that shit away..I just keep the coco moist with the bleach water and they root quick..Even the tough cloning strains...Ill never stray or change this method
