Looks like an awesome place ya'll have here. I'm Mim, I like to grow stuff and take pics. I am gonna start a lil journal and hopefully meet some new grow friends. Growing is my passion and I could really care less about anything else. I'm 6 years sober from alcohol and 8 from opiates, using my garden as therapy. Auto body by trade, stoner by nature.

And I take opiates for fun but not really that often there fun but not really that fun? I dunno hard to explain but they never really appealed that much to me, more use em for actual pain relief or sell em lol

I garden a ton and trying to expand everyday!

Welcome brother. It’s so incredible to meet others that have found freedom through cultivating cannabis. I too had a long hard road with opiates, that nearly killed me multiple times. I got clean in 2015, but something was still missing. Growing cannabis has filled that void for and then some. It gave me a reason to wake up in the morning, when I really thought I had none. I truly believe we could be onto something here, when it comes to treatment for recovering addicts.

Anywho, glad to have you on board and I look forward to your journal!

That is just about how things happened for me. I lost most of my homies and family, then quit the junk with the help of my gal. The garden was definitely necessary to fill my obsessive behavior. Now I put that shit to good use!! We often talk about how cool it would be to run a Rehab focused on teaching addicts to grow plants and cook great food. I know it would be tough and there's lots involved, but someday.....

You figure out how to get some seeds from those frontos definitely keep me in the loop... "roll your own" has a whole new meaning when your growing your own leaf!

Absolutely and it's encouraged within our community. Sales, gifts, and trades are always welcome. It only becomes a problem if sales are spammed unsolicited to members, (this does not include your own promotions in your journal. That is always welcomed. Unsolicited spam is PM'ing members asking if they want to buy your seeds when they haven't reached out to you to inquire said purchases.) Another major point I'd like to add; PM's are just that. Private. Private messages are never monitored by any staff or admin. The only way we'd ever know if a member was spamming other members is when it's brought to our attention of such actions by affected members bringing it into question. The only other rule is being a good person. Which shouldn't be hard. If a trade is made, we expect all members within that trade, to honor that trade. This is a public forum, and as we grow, we'll have a lot of new faces. So trade at your own risk as we cannot be held liable. This shouldn't be a problem now as we have an incredibly amazing core of community members. You can also check out the trade and swap thread to see which members have already conducted trades, and it's encouraged to add to that list, sharing your experiences with other members. Our upmost concern is the safety of our community members while affording everyone the right to free trade, gift, and sales.

The fact that you asked the question about seed trades tells me you've been slapped on the hand before elsewhere. @Phylex did an excellent job stating what we're all about. And since you asked that question I'll add to it, from a security mindset. We hold privacy and safety of our members to the absolute highest degree. We even strip all EXIF and other data (such as location, camera type, etc) for both jpeg and PNG photo files automatically upon upload. Just another security feature for the peace of mind of our members. Enjoy. Looking forward to what you have going on.
