Could be environmental in part as you suspect, but I have to mention that I did have a pheno or two that had the similar rounded looking sugar leaves (though a bit more defined on the serrations) as what your SCJ is exhibiting and they were the "mandarin chicken dinner" type smells on/off the plant that mellowed more to the orange side of things after cure.

Not quite as rounded as yours, but you can see the similarities. The one pictured above showing those similarities was literally grown out right next to this one that was a bloated orange juicy terp bomb hardly showing any of these similarities:
The one pictured on seedfinder is one that Jag grew out and Im pretty sure it was one of the super orangey Mimosa heavy phenos . Those have a tendency to get a lil splash of purple color to them near harvest. The "mandarin chicken dinner" phenos seem to stay green up to the day you chop.
