6500k on the tubes. I have a 4 tube fixture with 2 agro veg and 2 agro bloom tubes i use a week before sending canna plants to big room.
Hadnt thought about finishing these under that.
If the agro veg are 10K there is some uv in there. I have some of those and some hortilux powerveg and reds (660 and 690) over the strawberries and veggie starts. I think it is a good spectrum but perhaps the 2 foot 8 lamp (runs a low 180 from the wall too) does not have a large enough footprint, where a 4 tube 4 footer with a properly sized ballast (54w at least for each tube) would probably be fine.

I do believe the solo cup scenario is not the right choice. They are root bound!

Finnaly got the shrubs replanted, i had reclaimed all the soil mix from the earlier try and put in 3" pots this time, rewetted in and had 3 sprouts come up from the first attempt.

Depending on variety/color bloom they spike at diifferant times. I rotate them around to fit.

I'll be seeing blooms soon.
This method works but i would not recommend it for any kind of production. Good to do for seed runs of rare or low access varieties. But not for opium use.

Is the light just not right to produce "resin" or whatever its called?

I think the light is just right, a larger container and a bit more nutes would produce larger plants im sure.
