The smell and taste are going to change so it's hard to describe. But atm it tastes like a piece of toasted sour dough. The Parmesan cheese smell has faded it kinda smells like spoiled milk. Not like a "damn this milk is rank! But just a couple days spoiled, like is this milk still good? Hhmm kinda smells bad.

So the Parmesan UK cheese faded with dry/ cure. The cheese faded...smoke was not bad but didn't check the boxes. Onward and upward. ....
Black Domina x chocolate chunk in veg has a very skunky stem rub. With an earthy compost smell. I have high hopes for these. Going to F2 them...plan to work these...I love old school genetics .. And I have 2 very strong orange smelling ancient oranges. Can't wait to work these!!

I would totally recommend letting a bit of that get more of a cure going. I've had strains with Cheese genetics that totally changed 4 times during a cure, and some of that change was after 10+ months. There's always a chance bro
