I don’t have a flow hood and didn’t use a SAB. Wiped everything down with 70% iso, stuck a gloved hand into the bag, popped the lid and place the grains in there. Let’s see if I get any contamination

Has anyone experienced blue meanie mushrooms. Almost got those instead of stargazers but kind of thinking about grabbing some blue meanie liquid culture.

Azurescens are the STRONGEST of all. You have some growing in the Pacific North West too ! Flying Saucer Mushrooms are Azurescens

Blue Meanies are often a rebranded cube but the REAL blue meanies...like in Aussie are Pan Cyanescens And they are double the strength of a cube.

Who cares about that....what is the stone like. Yellow Submarine was written when the beatles were on Blue Meanies. Very intriguing.

I wont forage for them..I like just THINKING i have been poisoned. The most potent I have felt a lot like that.

Flying Saucers.
The most potent Psilocybe mushroom of all and can be found growing in wood chips and sandy soils with a strong affection to dune grass. It has been reported to be found in the United States (Oregon, California, New Mexico, Wisconsin, Vermont and Ohio) and Germany (Leipzig).

It is brown to a caramel color. The cap is 3 – 10 cm (up to 4 inches) wide and 3 – 6 mm thick in the center. It is a conic shape and is covered by a thin gelatinous skin that is separable from the rest of the cap. Because it is the highest in levels of psiloybin it turns extremely dark blue to almost black when bruised.

The stem is usually 90 – 200 mm (3.5 to 8 inches) long by 3 – 6 mm thick. The spore print is dark purplish brown to purplish black.

I’ll transfer a piece from this plate to another agar plate and let that fully colonize. Assuming I don’t get any contamination, I’ll then cut up the second plate and drop it into a grain jar/bag. This is a similar process for cloning mushies…cut a chunk out and put it to agar. Let that colonize and cut out a clean piece to put on a new agar plate. Cut up the clean colonized agar and put that to grain. This is how you end up with those monster uniform flushes that people post on IG. Clone perfect doinks and then every pin set will be doink city

I REALLY enjoy Blue Magnolia’s…so does everyone else I’ve shared them with. I have swabs of Steel Magnolia which is a new hybrid…PE x Blue Mag. My first attempt at smearing in agar didn’t produce any results but I’ll try again

There are some absolute monsters to be found. Clone those and you’ll have massive flushes

@Idlewilder if your plates come out clean have you thought about doing an LCS liquid culture with the agar? With that you can innoculate whatever you want, grain, sub, more plates etc...

Can’t say that I have but I’ll look into it. I try to keep it low tech and discreet. My wife is kinda square so I can’t easily set up a lab space

It is like that here too..They are not illegal.sort of. I am 1/8th first nations. For me they are legal and i can produce them for myself. AND it is still super weird. But so are boomers.

And geeze..I do rather love them. Good thing its quasi legal !! because that would be an almost deal breaker allegedly.

And its not just fun and games...with PE it is a lot more fucking serious....no back to topic..it is more than fun and games...if you can handle them boomers help you wrap your mind about stuff that is troubling you...so much stuff i would need to write a diary or something.

Not tiny little things like some green bullshit..and I am green...I just mean...when you know you can handle it and you hit a 4 gram tea...man it will CHANGE you. And in the most positive of ways. The first few times it mostly freaked me out...but i aint quitting i had a sack full.

Then after i calmed it down...in my mind..and to me it is very much like a roller coaster. First you need the courage to wait in line...then as you are waiting you have to handle it...45 minutes til the ride...man i will DO this...and then you are strapped in and saying Holy Flying Fuck Batman why did i get in..then for me...i smile...well...geeze its happening..the first few times...and i think its a penis envy thing..i went places..sepia brown places....always around a fire and always with my native ancestors. And it was never freaky in a scary way...it was always more like wisdom. About my path...how to improve what i am doing and be a better dude stuff.

And I am going to tell you what....i still love boomers. LOVE EM

I am growing Melmacs...apparantly they are the OG Penis Envy... I will give em a go...why not eh...

Next round...omg i am enouragable....amazons...then jedi mind fuck. I will tour the world from my boomer chair.
