In regards to the qb panels, if you're looking for the coverage area, I've done testing with a few different brands etc.
They all seem to have lost about 50% of their photon power about 6" outside of the panels footprint. The leds on them are very directional with their light output.
With the Samsung diode having panels, around 35 a square foot of wattage is a really good number to be at for flower running the lights about 2 ish ft above canopy imho.
I run a 315 cmh in there as well with my led cobs and qb panels, I've ran numbers off of them too.
Light penetration between all of them is pretty damn close imho.
I have yet to pick up some fancier testing equipment, but from real world bud testing I think I like all of them mixed together the best. Lol.
A number of observations from side by side grows between the same plants multiple times under different primary lighting.
Growth rates seem the same for all 3 types of leds and cmh I'm running. They can all grow some really nice plants.
The plants under the qb's seem to be a slight bit leafier plants, but still really solid buds.
The cmh plants look a slight bit frostier, but smoke the same as the rest.
The cob buds tend to have more density to the buds, slightly smaller, but they go thunk in the jar when you drop em. Lol.
