Damnit! Heck yeah. I wanted to be the first to drop some saugeye in this thread. Nice work, those are much bigger than I can pull from the hobo camp dam. Very nice.

As per your earlier post these saugeye wasn't from this year...Altho some were caught in the same spot this year. Just no pics..Those were the only two I caught that day..They was some pigs for sure..Ya fish the dam in Mifflin ya better bring 100 jigs... Definitely major snags in there..However I just use basic jig heads with chartreuse Mr twister tails. Also have used yellow and white..No expensive lures ever see that water..You can kill em down there with them rebel craws...But just too expensive

I've used actual Crawfish with great results. Just have to watch my hands....The bigger they get, the more oomph they have to pinch LOL. I saw one one day, that was the size of a small Lobster... Hurt pretty bad but I'm sure having an Octopus Hook shoved into your chest does too, so, it was fair.

It's my fishing motto for bait; Give them what they would normally eat Works better than Lures, though sometimes it's not easy, as here in Michigan you aren't allowed to use a Live Carp for bait, which kinda sucks, since that's like a wonderful option for Musky. And Flatheads.

Alright, I edited the first post to contain the species list and will try to keep it updated as the fish come in. We’re not off to a bad start I’d say!! I also deleted pics that were not from this year, that way a simple scroll through this thread should be MOSTLY pictures from 23.

Next person to catch ANY fish with a fishing pole and take a pic, wins a pack of Purple Flash Big Joshy swim baits. My personal favorite color besides the gizzard shad. I’ve caught a 14 lb catfish on one of these.

Also included with the Big Joshys will be two “ Udder Madness” fem seeds from Solfire ( bitties x mind flayer )
