I need to readjust my game plan now. Onions and eggplant.. R u throwing darts at a list of ingredients??This past weeks choices were Onion & Eggplant for the combo and the single topping was sausage.

For the single topping I think I'm gonna go Mushrooms.

We dont play, up this way , with our pizza. Its tradition. Many many italian immigrants moved here after ww2. There's a guy that tests pizzas. He came to my hometown. Theres more bars. Pixxa shops. And churches here then anywhere. We drink, then eat, then ask for forgiveness of our sins!

I do have to say that not being in New York or Chicago we do have Pizza that can hold it's own in Detroit. I lived in little Italy in Montreal and had wonderful Pizza there, but not the best.

hmmm.....it's gonna be a long time till next monday so in the interin we can have a poppers flash round contest for PHMagic which is @Kold Kasiz Iced Mosa x @Frimpong 7Hills . These won the potm in consecutive months here at PH just recently. You will be out there in the lead with that pack as nobody has seen it yet, but I am popping 2.

There are 4 cheeses mixed in these poppers, the last one gets added midway after the chunks have melted. First person to name 2 of the 4 cheeses is the winner
Extra credit question for the winner of flash popper round...... What was the main filling of my stromboli?
