12/12, with all but one out of their shell. Thanks again to @Deebs for making this happen!!
I'm guessing it needs to happen soon after sprouting so the small branching roots haven't started to spread. And a very loose soil.Especially the transplanting. I have tried this with other plants and not had the best luck with seperation mortality.

Can you please elaborate on the community sprouting technique? This has always seemed a practical way to germ to me but never tried it.
Hope you can make yourself some new beans with what you keep!I'm subbed here...I had a very bad chuck do to bug issues ...The seeds were microscopic and white and it was the very last plant with no seeds left of some old school chocolate thai from my 73 yr old uncle..One of the most potent strains I've tried as of recent...Had probably 200+ seeds and I wet them all..Some cracked but it looked grim ... regardless some came up and are all mixed in these cups need to separate these somehow but I'm scared to kill em..when and if it's gone it's gone..May not separate them...Just let em each go and cull the weak..Only one came up in a few cups...But I've always wondered about popping multiple seeds from chucks I've done and culling as I go...Is this what this method is all about?????
Very definitely looking forward to how they turn out.View attachment 124334
