At least you southerners can get spinosad easy. Shit wroks great on thrips.
That it does. Hit them basterds with a drench, and spray of that for the entire plant n roots/soil. A couple Dr Earth Final Stop applications every couple of days for a week. DE and cinnamon powder added to the soil tops. No signs of life from anything but the plants so far. Double duty with the cinnamon, works really well as a root growth stimulant, and also burns up a number of soil pests/pupae.

NO worries mang. ???
Lol, theres always a risk taking in clones, and I knew that beforehand.
Nothing bad on your part at all mang. ???
Yeah but wouldn't it be nice if your growmie could keep a pest free garden? I know it would make me happy.

My schedule for filling the 4x4 is getting pushed back a bit, waiting on calcium bentonite and worm castings from BAS. Gives me time to be sure I am over the pest hump. I also ordered two of their 1 yard diy kits for the greenhouse. I figure by the time I run around to 12 different shops to get potentially questionable material any extra cost from going with BAS is well worth it.

Doing an R&R on the de laced perilite mulch today too. Took fresh cuts of GG4s1 x Tomahawk and ak47 x vanilla gorilla a couple days ago using aloe tech, 3in fillet in a glass of ro for the cuts to soak in for 5-10min before planting and I gotta say they are looking pretty good.

No tails on the soaking beans yet, its been 24, will give them another 24 then they get planted.

Had to rework my plan for the heater. Didn't like the way the angled holy metal was acting. I wanted C channel unistrut but as seems common lately the shit I want is not in stock so making square tube work.

Have to move the bars up so my head clears the bottom of the heater, should have heat by the end of the weekend.

Picked up a 25 gal atv mount sprayer that will be my water res for now. It will sit towards the front (sloped side) and supply the swamp cooler. I will probably piggyback another 50-100 gal tank(s) once things get rolling in here.
Also going to need to come up with some sort of water wall and more exhaust for the summer, the swamp cooler is keeping it under 90 without opening up the windows for now. I have some pneumatic temperature sensitive actuators too that I will most likely use for a roof vent.

Love seeing the progress.
I've been looking for those all thread ceiling anchors, whereabouts did you get them?

From a piece of 2" x 1/4 aluminum flat bar lol. Finding shit in stores these days is a fruitless adventure if its anything outside a very narrow list. I thought about retrofitting some fencing/shed brackets but wouldn't you know it that isle was about 1/2 stocked.

BTW found a few sacs on the last TTLT I harvested and looks like the pollen was viable.

That's the 2nd bean outa probably an eigth. This run its been stressed too and it looks like it might be a tad heavy on N. If it makes it through this run without incident I'll probably keep runnin it. Got a few seedlings of it in veg too, will probably just run those out without cloning unless something catches my eye.

Here I thought you'd found the hook up on some parts I've been looking for for awhile now. Guess I'm doing the same as you and making my own from metal stock. Lol.

Had to trouble shoot the thermostat wiring, but we are fully functional now. It is going to take some work to get the different sensors exhaust/swamp/heat to cooperate.

The exhaust and swamp (ac infinty and inkbird) are exposed metal and respond much quicker causing the exhaust to kick on right after the heat shuts down. I originally wanted all the sensors in the same place but might be better seperate them and tweak the setpoints so they aren't fighting each other?

Thinking a ceiling fan too for continuous low noise circulation.

I have plans for ceiling fans as well for my rooms, definitely the way to go imho. One of those projects I haven't gotten to yet. Have three fans already to go, just need to modify them, and redesign the light hanging system for the rooms. Thats what I needed those all thread receivers for. Using the all thread I will hang some cattle type fencing panels sitting right below the fans, and hang the lights off of the metal gridwork of the fence panels. Will also act as a guard so I don't stick shit in the fans on accident. lol.

GW x CnC def have some seeds developing from the GG4s1 x Tomahawk polination. I have collected some pollen so hopefully I can make some f2s, not sure how long he will last in the greenhouse. My hope is to find some green non lime phenos.

Forget edibles this is the way to go.

Straight down da hatch.

My buddy dropped off some more lst clips, a couple different mods, some 60 deg. some 90.

Getting excited for the 4x4 but just a few more things to button down on the greenhouse tomorrow before it gets shuttered for the winter. Don't feel like buying a bunch of pants and as my wife pointed out it doesn't make a whole lot if sense to run it just so I can smoke weed in there. Keeping at 57F is a no go 30lbs propane is bout gone after 3 days, 40 is more likely.

The sprayer pump failed, not its intended use, I went to a gravity feed water tower for the swamp cooler. That was actually the original plan.

Probably won't get the ceiling fan 'til later.

Spent a good bit of time trying to figure out how to fit a 4x4 bed in my room. Relocate lights, mount stuff to the walls... Ultimately decided to order a 3x3, the 4x4 will go in the greenhouse. The upshot is now I have a dedicated foliar application area.

IPM Vinerate, Regalia @ 1/2T L, yucca 1.25ml/L + Si 1.25ml/L for veg. today.

The 4in pots need transplanted but that isn't hapening 'til January. Will give them and the 1gals a topdress tomorrow.

Will continue with the week 2+ veg Phylloscape foliar program.

Gave a light dose of epsom (1/4 t / gal.) today, Super K Fulvate will be next feeding. The 4in pots will probably get aloe water tomorrow, most of the 1 gals can go a couple days still.

I put another t5 (2ft single) in veg above the clone dome as they are probably needing a little more light now. Hopefully will have some ready to transplant in a week or so, need to take cuts of the rest of the 1 gals.

Of those 5 clones, the Tomohawk Gorillas are the only ones still having any issues. Both of them looking, and acting the same. Other three happy as can be imho.
No signs of pest I can find with the scope, so pretty sure that's wrapped up for over a week now.
Do they look to you to have maybe a cal def, or something you've already seen in the momma, and have an answer about. Lol
Top dressed them with some gypsum a few days ago to see, and no noticeable change.
Red spotted leaf edges intermittently, but mostly all shades of green. Some random spotty yellowing, a few krinkly, lotsa droopy leaves, and an in general sad expression.
Same everything as the others, and they're banging away happy as can be. 20211211_205714.jpg 20211211_205730.jpg 20211211_205739.jpg 20211211_205801.jpg 20211211_205849.jpg

I think she is particularly not well suited for vegging under led tbh I have struggled to get a 2nd harvest from her. Ca is part of it but I can't quite get her right either, not compared to the seed plant. The seed plant didn't have purple stems, not like this. IDK.

The Phylloscape foliar has been helping me I think but she doesn't look much better on this end. I just took some more cuts from healthier growth, see if that resets things.
