I use the lye to ph my barrel.
It takes 50ml of phosphoric acid to drop my ph 2 points and 6 grains of lye to raise it back up 1 point, very strong caustic.

If you look at your PH up...its lye... ALWAYS.

I have some weak shit..takes a cap to raise a 5 gallon bottle by 3/4 of a point.

6 grains well shit i have 2 pounds of it in the garage. Might have to give it a go.

Reading all these burn stories, I'm reminded of why I use Dawn Detergent to wash my hands when I'm growing certain plants; Habanero, Ghost Pepper, Trinidad Scorpion Pepper, and Carolina Reaper Pepper lol.

Old typewriters was my thing. Bought the last one in 2002, have been in a thrift/vintage store only a handful of times since. By the end of the 90's most stores had been picked clean of any gems. I used to restore vintage Coke and pinball machines with a former coworker.

The Spartan radio was flood damaged. I restored the shell and tucked an MP3 player inside. There's a Bluetooth speaker in there now.
Picked that^^^ up for $3.

That is awesome. That typewriter looking brand new.

And the Bluetooth upgrade is super dope. I want one now.
