It’s going to be based on personal preference. Imo just grab a few packs from a few of the more reputable breeders and smoke test them. I’d try Sensi and maybe Nirvana to start.

I always get a chuckle on a Northern lights description claiming low odor...I would probably still have the NL cut I got back in 1991 if my whole neighbor hood wasn't looking for a skunk the entire grow...still rates as one of the top 5 bud I have ever blazed...would sit anyone down, but back then if you were not in the middle of nowhere, I don't think you could of grown this too long and not drawn the heat...I couldn't even keep it in veg for gorilla grows in the corn!

Oh I totally forgot I grew Galaxy years ago from Pyramid, NL x something, but it was AWESOME! small, stout short plant, big green golf balls. Highly recommended

Mine was pretty low odor.
I used to grow the northern lights for the nighttime smoke, and c99 for the daytime.
The c99 pineapple pheno smelled absolutely nothing like weed, you would swear someone left a pineapple outside in the sun for a couple of days.
You could grow 50 of those plants and your neighbors would have no idea. At least with the female seeds version, but I've heard others like moscas version smell alot more.

Yep the FMS c99 I grew was just like that too. Easy growing, short stature, and long spear shaped buds. There was a pineapple and a grapefruit pheno. But the smell was unreal. It was like drinking a glass of pineapple juice.

Strays northern crosses are supposed to be good, have the sensi star cross. I see hazeman uses ice river, but I didn’t have good results there. I got a akbb cross he thinks be up my alley for pain etc nl1 x chem ibl jmho and jmo lost river seeds is much better than ice river, just to say and ime. Akbb does have some variety of the nls. CSI just ran that open pollination. I had a nl project gonna do, just gonna use em in others.

I got that e-mail too. Of course I just bought the NL#5 from them two weeks ago. And I ave the "purple" Haze from AG too.
