It’s like buying waaay over priced clothes or shoes, you may picture yourself as glamour and sucess and people seeing as ”cool” but without you and just some over priced clothes, majority of the time those things just show how shallow and can’t handle people seeing ur true core.

a good example is look at people who never earned their cash vs person who truly worked for their cash.it’s fairly obvious when people who never had to work for it have a whole diff view point on cash but also saving it. waste and money doesn’t make you sucess


Point was u can see some of the most richest people and do they have to buy fancy clothes or cars? Some do but alot Of them also never worked for that cash too.

What exactly are people expecting when they sink big $$$ into seeds or cuts? Serious question.

If the finished bud doesn't get me higher / more stoned than buds from reasonably priced seeds / cuts [ which I never see reports of ] what's the attraction ? Dead serious question.

If you've bought these big $$$ weed products, did you end up with 1 - 2 hitter quitters? If not, why not? If yes, sell me some. :)

Prices on seeds are a joke now. I have some of your texas butter freebie growing now and have grown lots of your gear. Some great and some not. Banana crosses were not good yielders. But also had your black mamba cross was the largest yielding plant 12 oz of that year. Any breeder that charges more than 100 to120 should be ashamed. Too many great genetics now to spend more than 50 60 bucks.

B.I.N.G.O! It's all status horseshit. "I'm only one of 50/100/1000 people out of billions to own this strain."? Oh, you're so special. Honestly, who gives a rats ass? I've loved Granddaddy Purple since that first taste almost 20 years ago and still find it better then the $300-400oz dispensary bud any day. Why would I spend hundreds per seed when I can get incredible genetics for $4-5 a seed? Makes no sense to me. I know it won't get me hundreds of dollars worth more stoned?

But if your growing to sell and your buyers want the latest zaza then that $400/pack price is a pittance. You can make that back a hundred fold. Same with if your hunting for a cup winner so you can hype that shit and sell your own $1k cuts.

Everyone in here is looking at these prices from the perspective of a home grower, and your right, they're absurd. But there's a whole other market out there that doesn't really have a presence on this forum.

Totally agree, 1K cuts are nothing to most of those corporate growers. It's supply and demand and there's plenty of demand for the sparkly weed they see on Insta.

A couple of years ago a seed bank told me that they were aware of Brisco's seeds and the very good consumer reports on google searches that they'd seen, but that there wasn't enough profit per pack for them to bother carrying them.

I fell in love w/ Banana Punchsicle because of taste, smell, and ease of growing. I dig happy plants. I've got Black Mamba in a tent now, and nothing's changed - she's a beast. Thanks for giving them a go, amigo.

Another player possibly influencing prices is may be the collectors.... Seems like especially w/ autoflowers, a lot of people just want to stunt on the Reddit with their pack collection from their favorite breeder...
