Chipotle orange chicken . ( 1 can Chipotle sauce, 3 chipotle peppers minced, 1/2-1 onion, 2 bay leafs, 4 fresh squeezed oranges, + oregano and cilantro) chicken breast. Crock pot on high x2.5 hours or low x 5-6 hours ...shred chicken then add back. Eat with rice or make a burritos or throw in some nachos ...
Hot pastrami. They’re not as good as Jersey Mikes hot pastrami those have big mushrooms you can add. This one did too but much smaller. Still kills subway 117x over. I’d say it’s Quiznos kinda quality. Their deli meat cold sandwiches are better than Mikes or Quiznos.
Went to the local Mexican butcher and got a couple pounds of Buche (pig stomach, hog maw). Made 4 small low carb flour tacos. Not pictured cuz I just eat em straight meat and some hot sauce so it’s nothing special to see. This is one of my favorite meats.
Over the years I’ve tried all the Underwood brand spreads. This chicken spread is the best one. Good by itself or w cheese and mayo. Put a sandwich or two in the air fryer. Side of chips. Great late night snack too. Got a big pack from Costco, about 40c cheaper per can than Walmart.

So correct me if im wrong, but I always thought those were just different words for the same thing? Like where I live we call them subs. That particular one we'd call a steak bomb. But hoagies, grinders, subs, heros etc I thought were all essentially the same thing
