Bubby's n da lab

Blue Collar Beans
Oh yeah, which TM cross? Pandemic? TM x Pandemic has been giving me a hardcore morning hangover.

She's such a pretty girl. Some will begin expressing color as early as week 2 of flower.

I know that's how it goes sometimes with regs and I don't have any control over that, but it still sucks to hear and I still feel bad when seeing that kind of luck play out. Fortunately that kind of luck doesn't roll around often. So I'm hoping the remaining seeds are all females. In the event your results are similar next time and you'd still like to explore GOW, let me know and I'll happily send you another pack.
appreciate the offer
but iam sure I'll get a gal next time

super pumped bout these pounders though
other 2 are hard to get pics of

Everyone is doing such a bang up job, looking so nice and healthy. Very excited to see the results.

@Jewels love the car references, great analogies. Plants looking beautiful. I think you're the only one running Charastar. Such a pioneer.

@jaguarlax GOW is looking awesome, just about legendary at this point.

@Bubby's n da lab you're gonna like the Ground Pounder. Beautiful short stout plant with great analgesic qualities especially for back pain.

@Texagonian man you're doing both the strain and F&D justice. Good idea on the 1/4" hole. I might try that next run.

the way she spirals all the way up.
:)?

I should probably elaborate on my early on issues. I transplanted those lovelies and filled my totes like it was a walk in the park. I got a little overzealous and had a ppm of about 330 to start. They stalled and got very unhappy with me. I made adjustments until I saw positive response. I at last res change switched to my jacks program and am cruising at 240 ppm, lights on temp is 74-79f and rh is between 55-65. Trying to pay closer attention to vpd. Also only one of the 315 cmh has been running. I’ll fire up the second for the flip. All in all dialed for now. That 1/4” hole to allow that standing water will either be the shiz or it’ll bite me once things go into overdrive. I may have to adjust the frequency of flood.

As promised, all but one plant have a very tight internode spacing and are doing well. The taller of the group is Spyralout #4 of 6 and it appears to be showing male parts. This is unfortunate as the plant has an excellent smell of stank gym bag with some sweet notes on the back end which I’m assuming come from the bck. I will let things play out a bit further until 100% sex on all have been verified. So far I love the structure on them all and none have been topped. Going all natural on these but may clean up lowers for better air flow. Cheers ?? Sorry for the lackluster pictures folks. I’ll try to get some better ones with more details.

Those pictures were great @Texagonian . I appreciate your updates.

The BCK mom has always been a dominant donor. Her traits show up consistently in most if not all of the crosses I've made with her. From my experience with other BCK crosses, I'd expect stretch to be very manageable and they'll need very little to no support throughout flower. I'd expect her to yield well, and depending on veg time, produce a large, single top cola if untrained from seed. I'd also expect them to flourish with topping and respond with energy directed at lateral growth, growing in uniformity. I'd also expect heavy trichome coverage and a nose tingle on the exhale. These are just some of my expectations. It's always fun and intriguing to test and see how things actually turn out. I'm curious to see how much influence the Nepal Highland male has, or if I can even spot it. I also couldn't say I'd be surprised if they all turned out to be BCK dominant.

I can see how all but the (99% sure) male will be uniform with a nice central cola and definitely bush out if topped as there are small lower branches already creeping out and going for the light. Something about that bck, what it brings is special. I have some well cured BFT that has been claimed by my wife. She gets an evil look in her eyes when I go to a jar to hand out samples to my oldest daughter and I have to reassure her it isn’t her BFT ??
