Looks like fire! Great shot too, what are you using for a camera?
Appreciate the compliment. It’s all Genetics, trust me. It’s just my iPhone. I’ve been trying to hone in on it. One day I’ll get a proper camera but priorities get in the way sometimes. Also been working on getting things dialed with these darn cmh lights. Almost built a hybrid qb/ cmh rig but again, priorities. Got rid of all my hid lights years ago and now just the cmh x2 start to finish.

Well, a snide past a week since germ. 6 for 6 up and running. Testing Spyralout, decided to go f&d for some speed as I want to squeeze a few grows in before next summer. The one on the white saucer is a bastard I call sweet tarts and is not GK Genetics. Just clarifying. Hope everyone is well. Have a good thanksgiving ??? Super stoked. I greatly appreciate you helping me check into these and offering up some precious real estate in the process. I really hope they perform as I foresee and you find some really nice gems.

Far too long since I've posted in this thread. There was a minute where I didn't have any GK gear going , that was kind of silly.

I got so comfy with the feminish beans trend that I almost got caught with my pants down. I put four dirt torpedoes in, and I got four to sprout. Vegged them through and only ended up with one female.

@ Phylex built it, and I do not recall seeing another, ,,

Charastar

Ended up grinding a few gears putting these into flower. It was cold , over choked and I nearly flooded the whole table. Bit of a rough idle. The fuel was always waiting there, in the media. The heat helped to stratify the mix, and provided the needed air and compression.
After a couple nights of forced air heating, I managed to pry open the secondaries and clear out the snot.
Air, fuel and the Beloved Spark
The 1k fixture spooled her up right quick.

Once we hit for throttle I gave her a puff of laughy gas.

You can't just build a supercharger on your Minivan and expect to finish the race. You got to be set up for gas we need higher compression and higher octane.

They were only getting pH water whilst I was in panic mode.
Pre-detonation !
I can see them ping.

Colours are fairly accurate. These popped up too fast.
Charastar sits right of Sour Taffie.

I have seen that look on a bird's face before ~she didn't know what hit it.

I will make her a good breakfast and she will be walking just fine by noon.

Regard the columnar.
The LaMotta Crypto sitting to her right was topped at the 7th node, and put on five more after flip.
Charastar is untopped and set about 8 perhaps 9 nodes tall, at the cluster.
20201202_004147.jpg

Meat handed Crypto blades on right. Thinner, longer, old man hands on the Charastar.
20201202_004451.jpg She is not leathery, but does sport a deep gloss epidermal cuticle.

In my limited experience , blades seem to narrow further as they flower. This thing could look pretty mean by the time she's done.

These came above ground on October 10th. They flipped mid-november at 32 days.
All sexable within in a week of 12's
Verigatated male Charastar was sexable earliest, at less than 4 weeks.

I am very interested to see what this gal does. I am more familiar with flipping at 8 or 9 weeks which means that I cannot read the stretch on these things. Typically I don't get an inch taller after week 3 ,,,on a 9week strain.

So there are a few factors that are putting me kind of out of my element here. I typically top a plant and see more secondary branching as I am typically flipping them later,,,,
The Crypto looks now, as more typical of a plant I would be just putting into flower.
I am super curious to see how this turns out. At this point I do not know if it will still yet branch, or just bud all the way up.
I like surprises.
This calls for a little bit of saturated bunny gold. A little bit of nitrogen and ammonia should settle the score.

Have you grown any of these out Phy?

I held onto the males, just so I could get a good photo of them maturing.

Excellent write up and specimen @Jewels ! Thank you for showing her off. All my little ones are finally coming around after getting put in the shiny Ducati. They got a little scared at first but have since braved up and are moving towards greatness. Pics coming soon.☕️☕️✌?

Healthy as a horse. Everything I flipped at that time was very young, and a little slow to start

I see in the last post : proper pairs of nodes right to the tip. There was some distance placed between the internode's and they alternoded a couple of times.
I think it is done stretching and ready to get to work.

Here we go @Phylex . Spyralout testers all alive and well. I’m seeing what looks like three variations in what I have at this point. 4 of the 6 are short tight internodal spacing, 1 appears to be leggy and 1 is a blend of both. Not seeing sex on any at this point. I hoped to be further along but had some technical difficulties after transplant. They have since been dealt with and are now moving full steam ahead. More updates when there’s more to show. Thank you again for allowing me to be apart of your work. Some shots of one of my GOW ladies. Day 44

Looking good Jag. I can see the GTH influence in her flower structure.

Some Citrol Sledgehammer flowers finishing up.

Those were always consistent putting out decent weight. Nice looking flower. (y)
Have you grown any of these out Phy?

Charastar, Spyralout, Himalayan Moontang, and the Darshan's are all from my preservation attempt before shutting down earlier in the year. From this lot, I've only grown two Darshan #3's. I haven't been afforded space to dive into any of these yet. It's a very tough call because of the potential I see in all of them. Unfortunately I can only run one at a time. I've been mulling this over lately and when I can squeeze another strain in, I'm thinking I might shoot for Himalayan Moontang first. In part because Jag is looking into the Darshan family, you're peeking into Charastar, and Tex is entertaining Spyralout. The other factor is what I'm seeing from my personal side projects. The MM male I used is doing something special to his pairings. I'm playing with these now. They're currently being f2'd and Bx'd. While these special pairings are with my MM male, Himalayan Moontang is the only cross I made with my selected MM female. Because of that, I think I'm going to put her first in line once space opens up.

I greatly appreciate you, and the others, taking the maiden voyage with these. The Nepal Highland male selected was a stud. I'd suspect there's some real gems to be found and created through these new uncharted lines.

Looking great Tex. I'd suspect the tight, internodal spacing plants of showing a heavier BCK influence while the taller pheno's lean more toward the Nepal Highland male. With as you're seeing, the blend in-between.

Only a single, lonely, one of these bad daddy seed remains in the Jewel vault.

I am cleaning house and she is on my list.

Settled also on the Terp'nado Mystery, and a mini schwack of Charastar

Terp'nado Mystery

Oh yeah, which TM cross? Pandemic? TM x Pandemic has been giving me a hardcore morning hangover.

ground pounder showing a lil color early

She's such a pretty girl. Some will begin expressing color as early as week 2 of flower.

unfortunately all my god of wars where doods (still got 1/2 pk left to hunt)

I know that's how it goes sometimes with regs and I don't have any control over that, but it still sucks to hear and I still feel bad when seeing that kind of luck play out. Fortunately that kind of luck doesn't roll around often. So I'm hoping the remaining seeds are all females. In the event your results are similar next time and you'd still like to explore GOW, let me know and I'll happily send you another pack.
