Yeah, it's big enough for 3 decent sized males in my experience. I don't give them a fan for obvious reasons. Only an exhaust one with its own hepa filter system so as not to spread pollen everywhere.
Could do way more small ones at a time though, just keep them from mingling.
Pull out of the tent to collect pollen, not taking any from elsewhere except straight from the branches. I snip off all the good branches to remove elsewhere for collection.
I do that separately for each male, making sure to water spray after the collection of what I want/need then remove said male for a hose down and disposal.
Or use individual totes in the tent to keep them even more isolated, see in @Schwaggy P 's thread.
The light intensity will affect the amount of pollen sacs, but not their quality. A little goes a long ways IME, so unless you want a shit ton of pollen and a huge plant, lower light is plenty. Lol.
