Veg tent continued...
Here is the CandyMac. She's not as symmetrical as I'd like or hope for, but she is lush and growing very nicely nonetheless. Responded well to her topping, nice interesting smell on the stem rub.
Now we have MacV2 F2 #1. She's pretty damn symmetrical and lush too. Also developing an interesting stem rub.
From what I'm seeing right now, these last four plants I've posted will have no problem filling up the 4x4 whatsoever! Might have to pinch a couple of the dominant tops of these 'Mac's to try to even things out, but aside from that, they're frames and growth are shaping up to bring on some beasts in flower me thinks!
I'll give them a couple more weeks in these 6x6s then I'll transplant into their final homes. Let them sink their feet in for about a week. By that time, the flower girls in the 4x4 should be finishing up to make room for these ladies to take up residency. I'm still in the fence on whether I wanna go/stick with fabric pots or give the 9x9s another go. I guess we'll find out in a couple weeks time.
I really need to run a side by side in my setup to see which I like/works better in my environment. Although, I'm sure different strains, and phenos thereof, would prefer one over the other. So it probably wouldn't be very scientific or definitive, but I need to see and experience it to make informed decisions on what I flower in.
The other veggers that were popped a week after these plants are all still looking pretty pissy and haven't fully acclimated to/recovered from the transplant last week. Despite that, I topped them all this afternoon... Off with their heads!! I'll post pics once they get their shit together.?
