People might say "Just trash it and get a new one" but I'm a frugal guy.
if i can fix/clean/repurpose something with a little elbow grease and minimal effort than why not? You know that saying another person's trash is another's treasure? Over the years I fixed vacuum cleaners, toasters, coffee makers and other stuff that people just threw away in the trash. I've gotten a few odd looks from people by digging through the trash, but hey screw them lol 💁‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I can't say I've ever found any bongs in the trash, but if I did and it wasn't too tarnished I'd give it a shot at cleaning it 😂

Acetone FTMFW!!

My wife doesn't really know how to empty and clean a bowl out after use. This bowl was 95% blocked. I soaked it in acetone (hardware store, NOT finger nail polish type) overnight. Rinsed out with cold tap, then sprayed with 70% iso, ran under cold water agai and let dry. Perfectly clean!

Acetone is a more hazardous solvent. Strict care and PPE is needed, or it can/may/will ruin stuff. I soaked it in a small Mason jar, closed it up. I tossed the Mason jar inner lid away, as it was compromised due to the acetone.

Hot water first, shake it a lot, rinse a lot of times.

than iso , add Epsom . Shake the fuck out of it
i even reuse the iso/epsom, seems to work and I def can know when it’s too dirty.

rinse with hot and than cold once ur done and refill to proper level with cold water.


i used to use stronger chemicals and 420/smoke shop versions but honestly like dishes or many cleaning things best suggestion is making sure to rinse at least and keep the water/glass daily cleaned. it’s just way harder when it crust in there …

I've tried "Formula 420

i had good luck with this stuff. and you can re-use it a few times
