It's really to each their own.If I remember right @Skunky Dunk Farms is from OK, maybe he can give you some insight
How's the new construction in those areas? It's really to each their own.
I have no likey for T town but i dont like any town over a couple thousand lol.
The canna scene is hot and busy here but if I had a choice it'd probably lean more towards Shawnee/OKC/Yukon I-40 area but that's me.
There is a nice area north of Tulsa, Grand Lakes too. It's kinda like Arkansas lol.
It's balls to the walls around here! How's the new construction in those areas?
Land prices?
When you're saying it's like Arkansas I take it as a bad place to be ?
There's a bunch of properties everywhere here, in towns and out. Lots out.I was checking out okc for home prices last weekend. I checked the weather and it's ok , yes it gets a little snow, avg 6" a year. But the biggest difference is the rain 25" is like a 3rd of what I get..
I may give it a look, thanks
If you like hills, green trees, rivers, lakes and less people the eastern part of Oklahoma is where it's at. If you like flat, brown, dusty, windy and dirty water the central and western part of the state is that.I put my stuff up on the market last week
So I'm leaving soon.
Weed scene is crazy busy all over the state. Tulsa is just like most cities with almost a million people. Good food from all over, just depends on what you like. It's close enough to OKC to go there for shit to do as well as head to one of the lakes or rivers for those activities.I'm moving The Bluebirds to Tulsa this summer. How's the weed scene? I've been itching for a change and thought a move to the middle would shake things up. If any of you good people are familiar with the area hit me up with fun shit to do and good places to eat.
The closer to Texas the more it looks like it. from what I have seen on the I-40If you like hills, green trees, rivers, lakes and less people the eastern part of Oklahoma is where it's at. If you like flat, brown, dusty, windy and dirty water the central and western part of the state is that.
Yep, it's either Texas or Kansas like once your west of hwy. 75The closer to Texas the more it looks like it. from what I have seen on the I-40
Sorry to jump in late on the conversation but if u like the Ozarks and good weather I would look to SE Missouri and the poplar bluff surrounding. It a microclimate! Never has freezing rain cuz it's part of the gulf of Mexico climate zone and on that southern edge of the Ozark plateau misses the shit weather I get in the NE of Missouri. Just a thought...For me land is at a all time high, so I figure if I really want to make more on it ,
I have to put alot into it for it to pay back...
So if I can double or more it's a good idea to get out.
