Been trying to explain similar to my brother for too long . He just wants to grow weed and not delve too deep into the details .
When he was about to harvest his Cookies Kush which produced the goods nicely . Some of the densest rock hard buds I’ve seen in a long time I suggested he may want to reveg it and go again .
Don’t worry he says to me , I still have 8 seeds left in the pack .

My Neighbour Eddie from around the corner rolls up into my yard with his Bluetooth boom box and a few home brew beers on hand . He’s a bit of an unusual character but he’s a good cunt . Looks a bit like Mr Magoo with coke bottle glasses .
It’s not often if ever I’ll mention someone’s choice of music . I’ll listen to most genres of music ….most!
I dunno even how to describe the genre of noise coming out of Eddie’s speaker . If I was to guess I’d say House , Dance , Techno beats so pretty repetitious .
He’s been around quite often playing similar .
I reckon if I threw a few rocks inside my hubcap and drove down the rode I’d produce close to what was gracing my ears .

If we're talking about music we don't like, I'm fairly open minded, and in general I won't trash a style, because it's not right to discredit what brings someone a love of sound. However.... I do NOT like Disco. I'm not sure if I just haven't ever done enough Cocaine, or, maybe, it was just a trendy dance music I won't ever like, I'm not sure. At the same time, I really don't like The Cure, David Bowie, or Prince, and it's funny for me because pretty much every friend I have loves all 3.
Wife's Boss found some high end purses being donated, and asked about them, and I attempted to help him out, and couldn't stop myself; "I'd like to point out that I'm helping you with a purse and still don't like the Cure".... He replies back that the cure is great, and I shot back with "I'd rather use the purse". Good times

Well one of the best movie ending lines has visited me.
Apocalypse Now, As Brando is dying, he whispers, The Horror...The Horror.
The other night, I get a prickly spider sense warning, knowing, something is not correct, not sure what, I go to my grow area, and I as get down the steps, I see water on the floor.
As I walk into that room, I see the floor drain has water oozing UP from it.
Fuck, been here 25 plus years and never saw that happen!
I grab a small pump, some tubing, and run it over to my sump pump area, and pump the water over there and outside it goes.
Ten minutes later I'm mopping up, all is well.
Next morning, and it's back, with sewer bits in it, that can only mean, a broken pipe under the concrete, and/or, out across the front yard, to the sewer main!
So, I'm in super scrambler mode, tearing down my panda walls, that show all my activities.
Then in my last tent ever, needs tore down, and it's contents placed somewhere, basically finding hiding places, in our small home on the first floor, so I can have space invades come and work down there.
2 flower areas and contents, of course on separate timers, to spread out the electric load during the 24 hour day.
SO much has be moved, and hidden, all the LED's have to come down, 30 feet of duct work, all the plants!!
It's THE original shit show, LOL!
OMFG, what a waking night mare!!
They come in tomorrow, I'll find out if it's a few days, a week to repair? I do not know, but it is wrecking my calm badly.

Defining moments in life 🤔
Well they can be all of good , bad and sad .
When shit went down at my former place of work an old friend who I met when I first entered the industry and trained me as a rookie said to me “ well mate , your about to find out who your true friends are “
Self preservation of a perceived threat or just telling the truth and standing up against a wrong doing against an individual known for unprofessional conduct in his treatment of employees as a manager .
This person has also been given grief for what I saw as only good intentions for the company by the same peanut .
He’s also a friend I’ve known for 20 years .
I understand he’s still with the company and the sensitivity attached but as I said to him , simply telling the truth and being fearful of it tells me something is severely wrong with this work environment.
I don’t know 🤷♂️ maybe I’m expecting too much .
Maybe we live in a world today where it is every man for themselves .
Maybe when you are in the trenches no one has your back when it counts ?
Was a sad day for me . I lost a little faith in humanity again .
It’s not ok but it is because it’s reality and my journey is only just beginning so I may as well get used to it .
Apologies if this is bothering anyone being maybe more personal but sometimes it’s easier to get opinions free of being on the home front .

Can you swim . That’s actually a fair question because I’ve worked with a few Seafarers who couldn’t .
