Thanks @UncleB ?

I'm not expecting much from this auto. The unofficial plan is to keep putting them outside until they can handle the climate and flourish.

I can't remember where I said something about the weather trending warmer here but this year threw a wrench in that notion.

I think we're past all that now and I'm hoping for better results now that it's actually warming up.
Having similar issues over here tbh. My last house I didn’t see much issues with temp fluctuations because I essentially had a lung room controlling things keeping them mostly in check. Now that I don’t, the last 2-3 weeks has been a nightmare! -14 one day, snowy af, 30% rh, next day -2, then it’s +6 and rains for three days causing rh to skyrocket. My big ass pro humidifier bit the bucket last year. (I got 8 years from it refurbished so I’m happy) but because of funds I went and grabbed a regular home one with cool mist, now that thing is wreaking havoc as just when I get he temps stable etc. that bitch kicks in cooling it down considerably while it adds to the all around RH% ??‍♂️

Somehow I lost track of your journal, but I’m caught up now.

Great stuff, can’t wait to see what outdoor autos bring. Going to try that myself this year.
For as small as this community is, there's a lot going on here and it's definitely difficult to keep up if you're not dropping in frequently.

Appreciate you stopping by @Hitch ?if you ever see anything you want to try and I still have a bean, it's all yours.

Autos definitely have my attention now. I see tons of fire around but just as many horror stories. Rookie buds claims his best grow, smoke-wise, was a Fastbuds auto but not sure if that's still true now that grown my genetic mastery ?✌️

January POTM prize just arrived. I reaction video would have been nice when I realized it wasn't one tray but three.
Muchas gracias, @Schwaggy P, @spyralout, @Deebs, @whomever I'm forgetting.
Thanks to all the chuckers that donated seeds!

Plus a little extra from Purple Caper and @Amos Otis.

3thirteen harvest has at least another week to dry. The sour skippy #3 is very sour. That's the only one I sniffed.
Show-Off --No, NO just kidding - what a great pakage to receive - you deserved it

My buddy regularly picks up an eighth of whatever from Cookies or this place called Phenos, mostly in the 25-30$ range and it's probably 70/30 bad purchase/good purchase.

On the flip side, my buddy's coworker offered him a half O of some stuff he grew and my buddy told him "no offense, but I get better from my friend" so I'm kinda digging that.
Here's some"Runtz" he grabbed this nug and two smaller ones for 3.5 gms/25bux.
He takes all his purchases out of the packaging and into his personal jar and doesn't remember the brand or what variety of Runtz it was.
Smell wasn't anything notable since I've been jamming Sour Skippy and Fresh Air up my nose all day.
Tastes was a grape/forbidden fruit vibe.
High had a strong onset but seemed to fade quickly.

I'd like to know what he turned down from the coworker yet was compelled to buy this.

Wasn't terrible: wasn't great. Just meh.

I have over 10 different strains to smoke on and my favorite right now is a Trizzlers auto from Twenty20. I've made it a point to keep an auto going in my veg tent. I've only tried two different breeders twenty20 and Mephisto. All the plants from twenty20 were nice, my first from Mephisto isn't the greatest. There's at least 3 or 4 more auto breeders that I'd like to try.

I have yet to try them outdoors. I can only grow guerilla outside and I'm just afraid that it would be too much of a shock for them to be transplanted out to the wild. Autos seem to stunt really easy under stresses and the plants grown away from home certainly get stressed. This summer however I have an opportunity to grow at a friend's, so I think I'm going to try some there.

Definitely looking forward to seeing how your autos do outside.

Appreciate the detailed grow and finish @pwnytailjoe ! Seeing what you have going next, I just grew out a couple of the Smackers. I think your gonna like the terps on those if you are into sweet/fruity. It was fruity hard candy with a great stone. I had 2 phenos, and one was a bit more "gassy" than the other. In my limited experience with them, I think the purple ones tend to be the sweeter candy phenos.

90% of dispensary weed in Canada anyway! An absolutely perfect description @pwnytailjoe

That's pretty spot on for here too sadly; I wonder if I walked into a dispensary now if I'd stick out with what my clothes smell like haha. Seriously.... I had a dispensary version of Chemdog '91 and it barely had a scent to it..... Like how dry does that need to get before even a Chemdog barely has a sniff to it ? Or the $20.00 Pre-Rolls of UK Cheese that also didn't really smell....Like come on, how do you dry Cheese out that much ? I emptied it looking for seeds, and it was like that stuff they sprinkle on pasta... powder...

No, it was a Seedsman freebie labeled "SEEDSMAN KUSH AUTO FEM" which after some digging was either a repackaged Sensi Seeds Hindu Kush auto, or Sensi Hindu Kush x Lowryder#2 auto.

It had an awesome breakfast sausage vibe & every bowl smoked was as satiating as having a snack. Fantastic full body stone like I've never had before or since.

I up-potted to the 7x7's last night. Thinking two more weeks of veg and then flip but I'll see what they look like after a week. Plan is to just let them go but a couple might need to be topped and finessed.

I have used a few drops of the liquid 3-0-1 to drop the pH a hair otherwise I'm basically following the Dr Earth indoor-dry schedule(advanced).

Between this place and my parents, I feel like a pinball lately. Been working overtime to get the garden prepped.

Purple Caper Black Runtz Cake auto at just over 30 days. It's doing quite fabulous in spite of the weather.

PXL_20230323_170722799.jpg

I dropped another Mexican Airlines and the Photon Pharms- Polywog. I think the weather's starting to get nice enough that they'll be able to prosper finally. Maybe. This year has been pretty whack so far.

Right now the standouts are:

Alpha Skunk Cheese - super foul, seventh week of bloom should be interesting.

Black Light Bubba - there's Kush in there somewhere. Lot's going on here, fairly complex, a bit of sweet, a bit of spice.

Smackerz - strawberry jam? Some kind of fruity jam and it's fairly loud. Should be an excellent offset to everything else.

11/13 begins Wednesday morning.
I'm taking cuts from the skunk cheese.
