Girls are starting to look pretty dam good other than a few browning pistils, praying to the cannagods I didn't miss a nanner or sac, I've searched high and low and can't find any intersex signs, hoping it's not pollinated ???

And I did dunk em in a peroxide solution then pressure washed it off, I know how nasty the shit can be lol but dam 3 zip ties and good to go, holds water extremely well too only watered 1 time in the last month the rains been in charge

Well shit, having a major issue it would appear, coming up on week five and I've got a shitload of browning pistils, searched for intersex parts for hours now and can't find anything, totally at a loss as to what the fuck I should do, hoping there just doing there thing a bit early, but have a sneaking suspicion I'll be shucking beans outta this smoke lol searched high and low lights on lights off with a flashlight, they're lollipopped about 40% of the way up, conditions are great, just what would appear to pollination ???

At what point should one expect the pistols to start turning brown/red? I know it depends on genetics and expected flower duration. Is there an ideal time before chop, say 3 weeks or so??? LOL I'm at end of week 5 and my Obama Kush has tons of reds. I figured 3 weeks give or take on chopping. I check constantly for hermies but from what I see it's easy for a rookie to overlook.

I'm not really sure when they should start turning, I do know they did not turn this early last run lol I always judge doneness by scoping the trichomes, I'll start checking them about week 7 normally, and herms can definitely be tricky to spot for sure, I've had each plant out of the systems and checked every single dam nook and cranny, with the lights on and off using a led spotlight, I can't find a single sack or nanner anywhere, it's really fucking with my head, ??? I literally dropped my light and walked the fuck out yesterday, I may just be tripping but if it is seeded it will be my first full on fail as a grower, frustrating doesn't describe this feeling ???

I may just be tripping out ??? looking back at my pics from last run I had plenty of orange at day 40 last run and today is day 35 ish so they may be on track, we shall see??? I'll take the normal 300 pics for 8 postable ones ??????

I bet it's normal @Gweedo's Growroom , this obsm that I have at week 9 did the same thing as you describe. Started around week 5 and I thought the same thing you did. I should know if its seeded or not next week, hoping yours is just orange hairs and no seeds?. It did seem early to me but I couldn't find any nanners or balls anywhere ?‍♂️.

@BogartAmungus , you are correct about it being strain dependent. Usually 3-4 weeks before they are done the white hairs turn orangish then recede back into the calyx and the calyx will swell then your real close. Most if not all white hairs will be orange or gone.

I'm getting very excited. My Obama Kush and Dracarys are starting to show some purple in the leaves. Some are getting that yellow outline on the margins. IDK if thats good or bad but they look kool! HA

Update end of week five got in to do my top off a few days late, got some tip burn and some lime greening on 2 of the ladies bit nugs are coming along nicely

Lvtk x obsm obsm leaner stacking up in quick fashion now , stank is awesome on both of these shorter ones, and the branching on em was great as well tied em down once and got a nice little bush with just one topping each

This girl is the other dbb x lvtk had these taco leaves it's whole life she's developing some decent rails on the leaf edges, quite sticky as well

I'll get back with some pics tomorrow, gonna try out the wifeys new I phone and see how they look, they smell great, no skunks this run, just nice fruity goodness, obsm Learners are super sweet fruit punch type smell, like pink Tampico if anyone's ever had it, the lvtk leaners are a different kind of sweet, more pungent like key lime, one of the DBB lvtk crosses out of the 2 I have is building nugs like a rockstar and smells like the grape leaning DBBs, if the terps hold steady should all be some fantastically tasty bud, they're coming down somewhere between the 26th and 30th
