Finally getting to repotting today, cant put it off any longer (was slowing things down as much as I could til I got heat semi controlled) or I'll kill them

Do you have air being blown into there? looks like you're hooked up to a 4 or 6 inch inline fan? If you dont already have one, grab another to be pushing fresh air in, it will help you out dramatically.

box fan will help but wont cut it, in my experience. Its not quite a full substitute for fresh air intake. having that fan pulling in as well as pushing out will get you a real nice airflow that should keep the heat out no problem. Box fan will move air around inside the tent but it wont bring in fresh air or remove whats already in there.

i think she got a cheap box fan, recently. i didn't look for it. I'm still wiping off drool from the second to last bottle of isopropyl, on the planet.

yup, I've been there before, fighting those 90 degree temps running HPS in a tent in a closet. You dont need anything fancy or expensive, just a basic inline fan from home depot/menards/whatever. Then run your ducting in a straight as possible line towards your nearest AC vent. If you invest in this kind of fix now it will save you all kinds of problems and frustrations and expenses down the line. You are gonna need to get those temps down one way or another. Forced air will be much more effective than cracking flaps and just removing air.

Got temps to stay below 90 finally, was getting 95-100 & frying them while they were growing, total hoosier job but it worked View attachment 14347

Hoosier job...I take offense lol but as I look around seems accurate haha. I got my washing machine line out of a window becuase my septic cant handle it lol. Also when I see something rigged definently going to say ohh they Hoosierd the shit out of that lol.

You never know what will work till ya try it.
And im with Dino, air in air out is most important, with a oscillating fan or 2 to keep it stirred up inside so ther are no hot spots.

With moving in next month or so & recent heat issues, been slacking in veg tent, some was intentional to slow them down, even slowed on clones (just putting them in cups of water to root). The bonsai looking 1 is the 1 that's super sensitive to nutes, been just leaving that 1 alone to recover, it's my last chance on girl 3/4 males, still got 6 more seeds but still....annoying

bottom 6... top middle... seems somewhat happy.
i used to fight the 78-9° temps of my tanks, with a creamer container of ice. didn't make enough diff; perhaps a degree, or two, over the couple hrs, to melt.
but as cool flows downward... what about a lil ice pack, on top of the dirt? i c ur lil iso stash, nobody else can get...

None of them are happy right now lol

i went over this, with aquaman, once because I'd read different puup about h2o2... I'm forgetting it's other name. dod, I'll have to leave, soon... pressure...
and aquaman says n he knows his shyt... it's one, or the other. aha! peroxide, or those living thingies in a guard type product that the two will cancel out.
as u use h2o2, what's ur take on this and have u considered it?

I've got 4" pulling in air at bottom, duct from ac vent, couple small fans, 6" infinity for exhaust

Professional my butt hahaha, it has made 10° difference, closed some vents in other areas & duct taped duct vent. Not doing any permanent fixes, moving outta this sucky apt soon

Lol, ya we got some rough lookin areas lol. I live by a town called independence and its soooooo backwards. I'll send pics when I drive through again. History of the town is fucked, drove through a couple years ago and they was burning crosses....if that says anything.

Yep, I used to work in town in illinois like that, backwards or should I say backwoods with a pretty front to it, couldn't stand the bigotry against everybody & everything not local, still wont have anything to do with that whole area

Got repotting done

The boys, a few newly rooted clones & the auto in the dark corner

More unrooted clones, couple rooted clones & seedlings
And the flower tent in the aftermath of the heat, just put og kush in couple days ago, the 1 gmo sourdubb x wilson came through heat amazingly, the 2 remaining sour diesels & a white lightning aren't too far from chop anyway so leaf loss isn't too big a deal (I play with excessive defoliation anyways sometimes), poor skunk & other gmo aren't doing so well

Just gave everything in flower good flush with ph water, gonna throw layer of DE on them tomorrow. Not sure how badly heat affected ability to intake nutes so starting over with them
Still gonna have to keep things small, moving this summer so even though I'm legal, I'd rather people not see me coming or going with big plants lol
